They're paired with the scarves.

They're connected to the scarves. You can see them under the model dragon's foot if you look at the scarf selection.

Oh, I don't either.  I just  meant it shows up when you dress the hatchie...specifically the scarf, iirc.  I wasn't very clear on that, was I?

Wow, I can't believe all the Halloweens in the AP are incuhatchable! I knew CBs returning would steal some of the show, but it looks like everything else has been totally sidelined. ;___; Ah well, still glad they're back, and hope after this year people will go back to appreciating lineaged ones too

No idea about umineko, but thank you so much for the kitties (I may be a cat fanatic?) this year! Seems Odeen is MIA on this.
