I have a question, how exactly do you gain views to grow you dragons

Hello and welcome! Most members add their dragons to fansites so they get the views they need to hatch and grow up. I use Valley Sherwood, Allure of Neglected Dragons, and Silvi's Lair. I recommend not adding them if they have 7d left, if dragons get too many views too fast when they're young, it increases the chance of them getting sick (softshell). If your dragons don't recover from softshell, they can die.
