Posted July 27, 2017 You stand in a small crowd of adventurers, waiting. Mellow music can be heard from a distance, but suddenly it turns into a rather tense tune. The strange human-like figure runs at you and the crowd, holding their notepad and a small black suitcase. A little out of breath, they stop in the middle of the group and drop to the floor. "Thank you all so much for your help with the Quest for the Quirky MacGuffin!" You grin as you see some of your fellow adventurers still jumping at the sudden fanfare sound. "See, this is what you helped retrieve!" The little figure puts the black suitcase in front of themselves and opens it. Later, when you talk to your fellow adventurers about what you all saw there, each and everyone of them will say that the little person was facing them so they could not see what was in that suitcase. Each adventurer will say that some unearthly light was shining at the little person, who was smiling happily - and slowly turning into a ruby-eyed dragon. As every adventurer stared - open-mouthed and wide-eyed - at the dragon that once was a strange human-like figure with a notepad in their hands, the black suitcase vanished, while the invisible orchestra was playing a rather triumphant tune. The dragon spread its wings and rose up high into the sky and eventually disappeared out of sight. Left over was only the notepad, which you and your fellow adventurers studied for a while to find out which of you did best in solving the Quest for the Quirky MacGuffin. Share this post Link to post
