Can confirm that freezing a hatchie will trigger the trophy switch up to platinum if you have enough dragons already. I tried it with a harvest and it worked fine for me.

So I caught a black one in Alpine and saw a blue one in a hatchery with the Desert biome

 

Alpine - Black

Coast - ???

Desert - Blue

Forest - ???

Jungle - ???

Volcano - ???

Coast has pink. Forest has white. Jungle has yellow. Volcano has red.

Alsoalso, i picked up a BLUE EGG in the DESERT.

Just grabbed a RED EGG in Volcano and either a green or yellow egg in Jungle -- my eyes are old and can't tell the difference if it's a yellowy green or just yellow on black.

Well I didn't get the trophy update(yet) and the eggs are going ridiculously fast, I haven't even grabbed one yet. I pretty much blink and the drop is over.

 

EDIT: Just as this posts, I get my Platinum trophy .

Trophies should be updated now, because my Gold Trophy just turned Platinum and I hadn't had anything grow up (nor did I have anything to freeze).
