Welcome to DC!

 

Please note that you agreed to the site terms when you registered for the cave. The terms are basically the rules of the cave. I know on other sites they are long and full of legalese, but DC's terms are quite short and legible. You'll want to read them, as not following them can result in being banned from the cave. =3

 

I hope you enjoy the forums. There's a lot of great things here, like the Common Collector's Competition, where you can be given rares just for raising commons. Might be a good opportunity for you. ^^

 

As the timer until death implies, you have 7 days to hatch an egg and then 7 days to raise a hatchling to an adult. Eggs can hatch/hatchlings grow up as soon as they have 4 days or less left. If you do not get them enough stats before the 7 days are up, they will die. Eggs/hatchlings do not automatically grow on their own. You need to get them views (you can peruse other user's scrolls to get an idea of what numbers to aim for) by posting them on forums (not this one, as it's against the board rules) and/or on fansites. Just make sure that you give views back to other user's dragons wherever you post your own!
