Good evening to you. It's real nice and cool up here, too. Lots of rain but I don't mind, I like rain. The cold air feels so amazing after all those really warm summer days, I couldn't be happier right now!

@Fortune86 So technically an adult but still a child. The usual escort mission if you are willing to take it. Kind of. I keep Greedfall on my list and move it up a bit on the list of to throw money at it in the future list.

 

I am glad that we have rain. We need rain. Autumn is coming and slowly starting so i better start looking for new shoes. I do hope that one of my favourite pairs of shoes can still be rescued. The part of the heel that i supposed to be used up and replaced from time to time must have fallen off without me noticing and i walked directly on the heel... 😿 I will have to find someone who i trust will do a good job repairing that and it will cost more then usually just doing the heels with those parts that are meant to be wore down by simple using your shoes as shoes.

We are getting a bit of a break from heat today, but no rain (which we need desperately). Heat is expected to return in time for the weekend. I can't wait for some more fall-ish weather!

Oh yeah, and good morning. It's iiiiiiiice cold up here, last night we almost went below 0 degrees celsius and now we're just barely hovering around +4 C. And yet it's a nice and sunny morning outside... ha ha. Winter sure is coming.

Well, we are getting very very far outer winds here from Humberto but we are also keeping a close eye on Jerry, hoping he makes the right turn he's supposed to make.

I saw a gif that was showing a little girl running away from a monster in the style of Godzilla in a town. The gif put a me over the little girl and an adult life over the monster tearing town houses in that street... I feel like the girl running away from adult life right now.

But sadly i will not be able to run away for too long. Maybe i should work on being friends with adult life?

in other news, i didn't want to go to work today, but in the end i'm glad i did.... apparently i like driving over nails and screws..... when i went to go to work, my car told me to check the tire pressure, and sure enough, a tire had a screw in it. *sigh* i was fortunate to get the tire patched up while i was at work, hubby paid for it, and then our manager tonight drove me back to pick up the car. only thing is, the tire pressure light is still on. sometimes it just doesn't know it's been fixed. i'll see what it's doing in the morning, and what i need to ask of my mechanic at that time too. i may just be able to reset the light, but maybe after the mechanic takes a quick look-see at it. *sigh*

and stop running over nails, screws, and other pointy things that make holes in my tires too.

With me it's radiators and coolant. In three of three cars. I'd rather it be tires.
