Posted February 5, 2019 Oh good I'd be well lost if all the markers kept moving places. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 My friends are arguing about which is better movie... Titan AE or Treasure Planet The argument is funny Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 (edited) Titan AE does not have David Hyde-Pierce or Emma Thompson. Edited February 5, 2019 by Fortune86 Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 I didn't even know they voiced the characters. I'm more about the story Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 The story is only as good as the characters that live it. Doppler and Captain Amelia were fantastic. Plus I've always had a soft spot for well-rounded villains or ones who end up taking a likely to the hero. TP delivered both. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 For me TP has been done before in different versions. I don't know why Titan is more appealing to me. I like both movies but I prefer Titan. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Well Treasure Island is a popular story. Even the Muppets have done a version I know why you like it. It's all the blue isn't it? And the electric energy aliens. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 No not really I like the animation a lot. The look of the animation is really appealing to me. Oh and the music. I like the music. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Can't really remember the music, but I think you're right about the animation. I want to see Isle of Dogs but I can't get it to download T-T Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 I've downloaded it. But I haven't watched it yet Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 I'm into stop motion at the moment. Looking forward to Laika's next movie. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Sad but awesome (as most of their films have been). I loved Beetle. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Yeah... I loved his character. I also only realised later that Charlize Theron played the mother Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Good morning, CPA! *sets out coffee, teas, juices, apples, brownies, and toast with jam* I'm sleepy again. My sleeping patterns are off kilter in this house. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 (edited) Lagie! *hugs* Do you want to borrow the mallet? Edit: Ah boo. Messed up on Digimon. Edited February 5, 2019 by Fortune86 Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Fortune! *hugs* Mallet? You want me to use that on the dogs? Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Not on the dogs, no. We use the mallet to send people to sleep. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 It means like a balance or harmony. If something is 'off kilter' it means it's not as it should be. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 I would have never figured out it meant that. And I'm trying to think but I don't even think we have a word for that in Afrikaans. Or I could just have hit a blank now Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 What do you say when you don't feel right? Not ill, just not right. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 5, 2019 Well every phrase that I think of leans more in the direction of "I sound crazy" kinda thing The only one that doesn't sound like that is "ek voel nie so lekker nie" which basically translates to I don't feel well. Share this post Link to post
