That's how things should normally be. I can only assume that people who grabbed more will have their eggs auto-abandoned after a time.

The text adventure has quit on me. I get an "RIP - an error has occurred" page any time I try to go to it, now. Clearing cache doesn't help.

The commands aren't limited to just examine and take. For those stuck on the note: try 'climb down'

Quoting. Don't be afraid to experience with other common verbs. Follow, walk, etc. Alone the way you might get items with a hint of how to interact with them.

Already annoyed with the game. Always have hated text-command adventures. It doesn't come naturally to me, I have no clue how to word the commands.

When performing actions like that, you need to be specific. (Like Chop down tree or use axe on tree.)
