Posted January 2, 2017 The Q and E keys are supposed to rotate them. I wasn't able to use it on everything I wanted to turn, though. I tried E and Q and Shift+either but it doesn't seem to work. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 2, 2017 Mine's - a lot like my house. Not colour co-ordinated or neatnik - but MINE and LIVED in - and with the cats I wish I had. It may change, of course. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 2, 2017 I tried E and Q and Shift+either but it doesn't seem to work. Your item has to be "active" before you can turn it, you have to set it to "move". Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Alright, here's mine so far: It's cluttered and there are a lot of places to sit, lol, but I'm not very good at designing, decorating, or color matching. xP I wish we could place stuff in front of the door. I wanted a leetle carrot welcome mat and had to settle for big ones instead. D: The lamp also looks weird sitting so far out, but it won't even go in the other slot one space away from the door. D| Also couldn't get the table lamp on a table, lol. I also need rugs in my halls, dangit. D< Edited January 3, 2017 by SockPuppet Strangler Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 After working and fretting over this little house and cursing the rugs for not laying where I want them to, I think I'm finally done. Gma lives for her kitties, visitors, and waiting on her grandchildren to visit She has a room all ready for the children full of toys and games and places to color and play all. One of the cats keeps stealing the little plush mint and hiding it in other places in the house, though. Gma's room has warm plush green carpeting to keep her toes warm when she is not out moving pillars for young mages and a cat tree for her three cats to play on. Her main room is blue because everyone gives her blue things and furniture because they think it is her favorite color all because of her blue coat. Here she has a place to eat, a place to cozy up with a good book beside the window, and a place to gather around the fire with friends. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll184/k...zpsydzz9wqp.png I really like my house, but I have seen other people with cool furniture, and I feel like when I get some of that I might have to change my house up. I love your simplicity and color scheme! Here's mine (the art noveau & ocean sets are so lovely I can't help putting down most of them). https://i.imgur.com/kVErcOg.png Oooh, I like how well you stuck to a color scheme in a room! https://s28.postimg.org/ypuzhvlv1/zhousee.jpg I'm after some new windows and wall decorations - like the paintings and wreaths I can see in some of your houses! I wonder if we can get fireplaces or Christmas trees.... Wow, love the single color scheme throughout the house. Really pulls it together. https://i.imgur.com/GTYgO4m.png Simplicity. Aaah, a breathable house! And there's something in each room to tie it to another. Very pleasing to the eye. https://i.imgur.com/ZNjCOmO.png I'm not very good at mixing and matching furniture sets, but I think I like what I have so far. I really like the different themes between all the rooms! Looks very nice. Okay! Day 6, so we're halfway through the decorations, right? Here's what I've got so far: I mixed the Dark Blue, Light Blue, Cat, and Cream sets =) http://i1326.photobucket.com/albums/u652/b...zpsigzgbppe.jpg They totally all just look like they're from one set. =o https://i.imgur.com/9MeNtNp.png Pretty minimal, mostly Hanukkah, Ocean and Cat things! Those sets look lovely together! I like the Renaissance set the most. Is that because it's totally ninja turtle themed? -ded- (A teapot would have been adorable!) http://i64.tinypic.com/nb8yon.png May need to change things up later The pink and blue together looks so nice! Never would have thought of that. Here's my house! Still a work-in-progress, however, since I see lots of furniture here that I haven't earned yet. https://i.imgur.com/n1bf9DU.png Gotta say that I'm really loving that orange/green themed room. Edit: Fiddled with it some more and now it's just right! http://i67.tinypic.com/2vlu1sm.jpg Quite lovely! https://i.imgur.com/O0id7xW.png 2nd attempt I started over to clean it up but now I can't use the fireplace anymore, which is a pity. Yeah and taht dog? Definitely NOT a plushy - he's waiting for me to come home by the door and it's a DOGGY bed in the bedroom - no matter the label Aww. I love your (definitely real) dog! Adorable idea. https://i.imgur.com/ZigrBQb.png Here's mine, I'm jelly for my character for having such a pretty house, hah! All furniture collected. Wooooow; your house is simply gorgeous! I love it. I also love the clever idea of completely covering your floor in rugs to make it look carpeted. https://i.imgur.com/bg96Inj.png send help i dont know what to do lmao THIS BED HATES ME I swear I didnt even set it down there Someone certainly likes sleeping, lol. =p https://i.imgur.com/JYO6l1J.png My house is finally complete! I really like your orange furniture and plushies with the green rugs. >_< It's really nice to look at. https://i.imgur.com/0lkrPZu.png nothing fancy but hey Maybe nothing fancy but it sure is well done and pretty! I wish I could have the left and middle room as one, I have too few room to do what I'd like I agree! Mine's - a lot like my house. Not colour co-ordinated or neatnik - but MINE and LIVED in - and with the cats I wish I had. It may change, of course. https://i.imgur.com/knducao.jpg It looks quite color coordinated and lovely to me. =o (And yes, homey - just what you want in a home!) Posted January 3, 2017 It's not much, but I'm happy with how it turned out. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 I'm not perfectly happy with the main room, which I readjusted four times while writing this post, but I love the bedrooms Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 Think I'm finally satisfied with mine. Not very coordinated or anything, but, it has cats- and that's the important part. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 3, 2017 Alright, so this is what my house looks like at the moment: The living room is in the middle, my bedroom is on the right and the guest bedroom on the left. I think I might be finished with decorating now, because adding anything else either makes things too cluttered or doesn't quite end up in the place where I want it to (e.g. not exactly in the middle between two items - I like for the distance between items to be exactly the same, but this is not possible with certain items). My only frustration is that I can't move the Renaissance Couch an itty little bit to the left (why was this item designed to be so weirdly close to the walls, argh!) and also an itty little bit downwards, but I guess that I will have to live with it, as I love the couch too much for me to want to leave it out altogether. I also would have liked to carpet the bottom of the living room in such a way that there would only be a "bald spot" right in front of the door, but it appears that it's (also) impossible to place any item on the left and right of the door, unfortunately. *sigh* Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Here's my house at the moment: I probably went overboard with those rug/carpet but I really want to cover the whole floor as the rug tend to be leaving spaces when you just put them in with no overlapping. Also I'm not good with color coordination (have to work on that haha) and would really like everything to be symmetrical but then there will be no way for my character to navigate around... EDIT: When I got back today, there was a patch in my middle room Could we please be allowed to put something to the right and left of the door...*sigh* Edited January 4, 2017 by amamiya_ritsukabi29 Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 Finally finished with my house. I couldn't decide on one set of furniture, so I took what I liked. Only thing I'm not really happy with is the cat tree. Why isn't it possible to walk past it? Shouldn't it point to the ceiling instead of the tile beside? Well.. No one can see, that it isn't possible to walk into the room. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) http://i67.tinypic.com/205wi35.png My house :3 I think I got a bit crazy with the toys, but they were all so cute <3 Edited January 3, 2017 by Kitty137 Share this post Link to post
Posted January 3, 2017 This is mine right now: Two art nouveau rooms because that style is beautiful, and one cat room because cats. ... Of course now that I've looked at the others posted here, I want to redecorate again and again and try all sorts of other things. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 3, 2017 At the moment my house is a decoration lab. I try to do set themed decorations for all sets before I decide on a definite look for my house (I don't stay completely pure because not all sets have everything but I try only to it small things that fit the sets) If anyone is interested the images can be watched here Share this post Link to post

Posted January 4, 2017 Here's where I'm at so far. Left is the bedroom. Middle is going to be for people who drop by but are more like acquaintances. And right room is for friends and family. I'm definitely happy with my bedroom. It's warm and cozy. The right room I'm iffy on. I'd like it to be a tad cozier. And 2 of the 3 couches are the same, but flipping them to face each other did something to the color, and they look mismatched now. I think I'd like more plush couches and seating in there. And the middle room, augh!! I need help. I want it warm and cozy also, but not as warm and cozy as the right room. Don't want those unexpected drop ins staying too long. Any suggestions for those two rooms would be really welcome! I'm committed to the bedroom, carpeting, and windows. The rest is wide open. Share this post Link to post
Posted January 4, 2017 I didn't collect every item, but I think I did pretty well for myself considering. On the left you got the summoner's room, then the bedroom in the middle, and finally the window room on the right. Share this post Link to post
