It's time to draw bubblegum and chew art, and I'm all out of... wait.

I specialize in spriting, rough sketches (sometimes colored ones), a bit of lineless paint, and the occasional mspaint-style scribble of my AI-sona. And does making exploratory maps in GZDoom and Source Engine count as art? Because I do that too. Anyway that's pretty much all about my art, so let's get to actually seeing it. You can view most of my finished artpieces on malcorium.tumblr.com by the way.

 

Requests are closed because I'm very much unreliable when it comes to them.

 

Here's some non-DC sprite arts:

  

^A tiny Pokemon-style sprite of NEoS MAL-32, and an unnamed isshalaran character, respectively.

There would be more if 99.999% of my spritework wasn't for DC and therefore top secret :')

Thanks for the compliments. Here's a quick colored sketch of a realistic Mario because I'm watching a Super Mario Sunshine stream right now and I can't draw in the cartoony Mario style.

<= I finished up my avatar. Also did another drawing of Antaresia. I really like the character ;p

And the brush feels super comfy, especially since there's not much difference between pen pressure on/off and my placeholder tablet glitches between the two.

Made a tiny sprite of SHODAN from System Shock. SS1 remake hype (even though this is the SS2 version of her.)

 

 

Looks much better on a dark background. Also the glowy circuit endings look a bit like tiny upvotes ;p

I have some......... very questionable fictional crushes at times. This is one of those times. A few days ago I saw an ad on my way to therapy and it all went downhill from there.

Didn't even color this in because it'd be immediately obvious (not that it's not obvious already) who it is (aside from me on the left of course) and I'd be ashamed of myself.

Oh hey this thread exists. I usually just slap my stuff on Discord or Tumblr these days but since Tumblr had become subject to some internet weirdness and i cant access it, here's something for y'all:

Pictured: Mal Morphix (a shameless self insert who's way cooler than me) and Spike (a MMI/NEoS RAD-64 security unit). Not pictured: a crate which Mal Morphix is probably standing on cuz she's like 5 feet tall and Spike is 7' but i wanted to get em both into the frame yknow.

Shame I'm not in-cave spriter yet because we would be so similar UvU but always something comes into before some of my and gothh sprites are released into cave and I hope we both get that good in it that it will change soon xD

@Cyberr Aww thank you ‹3 Don't worry, one day you might just as well get in cave. Just gotta practice a whole lot :3 I've been doing art shenanigans for all my life and I'm still learning new things every day, both in pixel art and otherwise.

 

 

Also I made a new OC, basically a rave mode MAL-32 fused with the aesthetics of Samuel Hayden from Doom 2016 and the cool new robo angel boyes from Doom Eternal. I call her Mal'kyr which itself is like a triple layered reference. She might look majestic but she's a walking floating meme hyperfusion who talks mostly in slightly altered GLaDOS quotes and her battle theme would be a Mick Gordon rendition of Megalovania, or rather, VEGAlovania. At least she has a nice voice (read: my voice with a million filters on it to make a heaven robot aesthetic). also it's my headcanon that she's the robotization of a self insert oc from my doom fanfics that i cannot show

As much as I love Doom, then I haven't played Eternal, and I don't think I'll play it in near future, because art college and other things make me too much busy XD But...angelic robotic boys sound...intriguing... :3
