Posted August 26, 2016 I just got an adult, and what do you know--Aeons do indeed have a BSA! It's called Precognition, and reveals the gender of an egg or S1 hatchling! Although I like your art for them more than the sprites, their poses just don't do it for me x) I do like the transparent wing though, and gosh that description I can't get over! However, I have a question for the new BSA: What would happen if you used it on an egg, received the gender, then influenced it using a pink? Would it then be influenced? Or would the prediction cancel out any attempts to change the gender? (Sorry if this has already been asked!) Edit: I also just realized this will allow people to know the gender way before the egg hatches, which means quicker trading if the egg is already the desired gender. 030 (and as long as trading doesn't cancel out the foreseen gender.) The foreseen gender would be the natural course of things and with influence you can change it. Otherwise the BSA wouldn't be very useful to me... But let's see! Therefore you could still use Precognition on an egg, find out its gender (say male for instance), and influence it to be female. You could then use Precognition on it again and find out the result of the Influence. Precognition would not cancel out an Influence made on an Egg or S1 hatchling, or make you unable to use Influence on an egg. If anything, Precognition was made to go sort of hand-in-hand with Influence, or to test to make sure an Influence is entirely necessary (and maybe even help swap trades of eggs or hatchlings go faster). Here's a little more information on the Kyanites:They're sought after as pets due to their playful nature and small size, but because they hide in the ground and beneath large trees, they can be hard to come by. Demand for domestic stock far exceeds supply. Their weak neurotoxin makes them ideal helpers in kitchens and cafés, where they can help kill rodents and other such pests. Though they live underground, they're also quite able climbers, and occasionally venture into high tree branches to scout their territory for predators. I actually didn't mean to make these dragons; back when we were working on the Brewing Up Mischief last year, I was scratch-sprinting the Tanglebracken item, and I noticed the sketchy sprite I had looked like a dragon. So, rather than keep that as the item, I turned it into the Kyanite adult sprite, and started over on the Tanglebracken. Aaaand that's all for now. They'll be fleshed out further in the encyclopedia at some point in the future. Dark Lumina Some thoughts on the Dark Luminas: They aren't a new dragon. The spirits were completed about three and a half years ago - waiting for the right moment. They aren't alts. Even though they share hatchling sprites, Dark Luminas are a cousin breed. As such their behavior is actually quite different than their light cousins. Where as the light Luminae are fairly nice, dark lumina will mess you right up. Dark Luminas are intentionally sleeker. They are also longer, faster, and smarter. They are tamable but are a bit like monkeys - they can live with you for years but someday just snap. The younger you get them the less likely they will snap. There has been some speculation about how breeding works.
