Posted August 16, 2016 Generation numbering has become very inconsistant with the Thuweds! This is interesting. Gen 0? http://dragcave.net/lineage/9C1GJ And here, my 2nd gen becomes a gen 1 http://dragcave.net/lineage/kYppo But it becomes a gen 2 in this lineage http://dragcave.net/lineage/loI1W that I bred from it. So, I thought maybe an all-Thuwed base lineage would start with gen 0, but it doesn't. http://dragcave.net/lineage/GaTcB Yet in this lineage http://dragcave.net/lineage/QXm1f all the CBs become 2nd gens because of Ekxoh Tuhb Whood Thuwed! Posted August 16, 2016 I love the new features, TJ. I'm most excited about the Zombies. I'm pretty sure I haven't finished my scroll goals for those and now it will be much simpler to get them! I'm also always so busy around Halloween. I also really love the lineage ruler, though it has always bugged me. Science majors: I'm pretty sure the original generation is supposed to be 0 and then generation one is supposed to be their offspring? So honestly, the Thuweds make more sense lol. But don't worry, I'm definitely fine with the way we say it in DC terms. I've always counted it as the CB are Generation 1 then their offspring are Generation 2. The Even Gens thread I know is set up that way. That's not totally standard across the trading threads but most adhere to it based on my experience. It's confusing when others use a different system. So I'd expect TJ's Thuweds to be Generation 1 (except in cases where they are in reality Gen 2) and our 2nd gens would then be Gen 2. Like this guy whose generation ruler says he's a 2nd gen. Posted August 17, 2016 Yay for updates! I like the generations numbers, very helpful. I breed even gens and I'm always worried that I'll miscount one and breed the wrong generations together! As to zombies, I thought it was already like that! You could get them at midnight any time of the year, but had a much higher probability on halloween. (Though I did wonder if it was supposed be at midnight at the beginning of halloween or at the end.) I thought about trying to get one, not on halloween, after the new sprites came out. Posted August 17, 2016 I use two different browsers regularly, Firefox and Chrome. On Firefox, the generation ruler is showing up I think how it is supposed to, but in Chrome it doesn't appear how it's meant to. :/ The lineages themselves also don't show up right. They look messy and aren't properly aligned. Here's what I'm seeing in Chrome: I'm not sure if this is the case for other people (I'm at work and don't have time to scroll through this thread at the moment) but I just thought I'd let you know!
