Posted January 31, 2016 It would be simplicity itself for the random name generator to NEVER suggest an already taken name. After all, the name feature already checks for taken names! It would just re-roll if the first one selected was taken. Or it would eliminate the taken name from its database of possible names. Having said that, while it would be super nice (I use FR's random name generator all the time), this particular idea is really far down on the list of things I'd like to see added / changed in the game.
