2015-12-25 - Happy Holidays!

Recommended Posts

I have 3 zombies, no dead eggs/dragons, my enrage option on both my babies is greyed out.

I really wish we could get some info on how this all works, like how long, what situation, etc.

Two weeks...you must try to breed him and see what the lineage view is like for the egg

Yeah, unfortunately I can't try that because the first thing that I did when they grew up was breed them. dry.gif

I killed an egg from AP in my scroll to make it work. Now I suppose they will spend a week enraged, before the eggshell disappear. laugh.gif

I'm hoping that's not the only way we can put it into play. I don't want to run around slaughtering random eggs, just to use it. That's pretty horrific, even in a land of pixels. blink.gif

In the presence of naughty behavior, the normally-gentle Aegis flies into an uncontrollable rage.

When enraged, the Aegis dragon smells distinctly of charred earth.

His eyes glow bright red with bloodwrath, and his talons grow long and hooked.

His mane is an untamed, coarse, twiggy mess.

Enraged Aegis dragons will hunt down the object of their anger with destructive intent until the wrongdoer either repents or is killed.

They will remain enraged until such time as someone manages to pacify them.

If I kill anything to get the action it would likely be an adult or even more likely a frozen hatchling (I'll probably try that in a little while and see what happens).

Wow!

They will remain enraged until such time as someone manages to pacify them.

Does that mean he will stay in his enraged state as long as I don't use that opposite action? I take it that it was just a temporary state while it was being activated that allowed me to use it at all with nothing dead on my scroll.

These must be the most violent Holiday dragons we ever had on this site. tongue.gif

And is this how Santa reacts if you've been naughty?

Yes, that's what that means.

Or until he kills you, basically. laugh.gif

Sooooo....we have the option of keeping our Aegis enraged forever, until we use the pacify option??? I can see it now..

One stays enraged, one stays calm.....Santa and Krampus!!!! And the lineage views!!!!!

So there are no negative consequences for keeping him enraged? AWESOME

Thanks TJ and spriters for letting us choose which option, and to individual dragons too meaning I can have one enraged one not!

My Aegis babies won't grow up for another 42 hours, so I can't check on the BSA yet, but this is an interesting turn of events, and I love the look of the enraged Aegis. <3

However, I just realized that Zombies are supposed to show all day on the 31st of the month, and mine are still showing as tombstones. blink.gif

Nah, only on Halloween are they actually out as zombies. Every other 31st they're just tombstones :3

Ah...so does that mean when they are tombstones, you can't enrage...but when they "come alive" you can???

Oh, this just gets cooler and cooler!!!!

I don't think zombies enrage them at all, actually. That was just a theory we were working on earlier. But my remaining Aegis no longer has the enrage option even though I have zombies -- but I have no dead eggs. So I think my having the enrage option on the other one was probably a mistake and just happened for a brief time while the action was being enabled. I must say I'm glad I decided to try out the option as soon as I saw it!

I could swear it was every 31st in the past, since I remember checking for them on the last days of January, March, May, etc. When did it change?

Killed a hatchling so I could enrage my Aegis dragons smile.gif

edit: http://dragcave.net/lineage/wmgWD I like the enraged version with the gold

Enraged Aegis dragons are a match made in heaven with Caligenes - think of that combo next Halloween. After all, in that period you will have plenty of reasons to drive them quite angry. wink.gif
