My impression is that some people dislike Pyros (although that might have been just one person being very vocal about it), and some dislike Astrapis, while most people like Gaias. Not sure about the new ones. I have seen trades with "no Aquilo", but that could have been people who simply didn't need more of them. There is probably no objectively "most undesirable" type of Xeno. Edit: A tiny little question because I keep getting disoriented - did the "Are you sure you want to mark all content in the community as read?" popup have the buttons the other way around ("Cancel" on the left and "OK" on the right) before the update? Posted Tuesday at 05:07 AM Xenos are definitely just a personal preference rather than site-wide 24 minutes ago, Confused Cat said: Edit: A tiny little question because I keep getting disoriented - did the "Are you sure you want to mark all content in the community as read?" popup have the buttons the other way around ("Cancel" on the left and "OK" on the right) before the update? I seem to remember it always being this way. Share this post Link to post
Posted Tuesday at 08:17 AM Just to confirm, the LAST BSA affects the Cantor color, correct? So if you incubate a Cantor, then influence it, in theory it should be pink, right? Share this post Link to post

I just had the same impression. But I also switched skins from blue to DC because the blue one became a screen real estate hogger. 21 minutes ago, Charu said: Just to confirm, the LAST BSA affects the Cantor color, correct? So if you incubate a Cantor, then influence it, in theory it should be pink, right? Nope. Influence does not colour anything, pink (Mundus) is for "has no teleport/incubate/precognition applied to it". Yours would become red (Iratus). Share this post Link to post

So if you incubate a Cantor, then influence it, in theory it should be pink, right? You are right that the last BSA used affects the color, but influence is not one of the BSAs that has an effect. Teleport = orange Precog = blue Incubate = red The only way to get a pink one is to use NONE OF THOSE because once you change the color with one of those there is no way to go back to pink. Posted Tuesday at 04:06 PM Whoa! Is there no longer a space limit for signatures in the new update? I just saw one with a HUGE dragon image. Share this post Link to post

Why did I never notice that? But it did cut things off usually if they are big, right? Because I have had the bottom of my siggie cut off if I tried to add something too big at the top. What I just saw is a dragon image that is probably 4 times the height of my signature box and nothing was cut off. Edited Tuesday at 04:21 PM by purplehaze Share this post Link to post
Posted Tuesday at 04:19 PM I think that's a design change that should probably be amended again. Basically, the limit was not enforced anymore through the signature editor, it only was a display effect after the upgrade. It seems that this was removed now as well, from what you're describing. Might be worth a bug report, actually ... Share this post Link to post
Posted Tuesday at 04:22 PM Yeah, I just added all those x lines at the top of mine to test it and it didn't cut any of it off. It definitely needs changed! Share this post Link to post

Posted Wednesday at 07:58 PM ooh sorry for the double post but i have a quick question: hatchies rarely die of sickness, right? ive heard of people intentionally trying to kill a hatchie with sickness but still failing, but still, i'm nervous for my little lumina who's been sick for a day. i never took it out of hatcheries because it got sick as an egg and hatched and figured it'd be fine, and still think it'll pull through, but still... i'm nervous for the little baby, but don't feel like fogging (LOL i'm willing to risk it). i know its safer to fog, but what are the chances of it dying from sickness at this rate? i only have it in one hatchery (AoND) Share this post Link to post

A new hatchie is as susceptible as a new egg for sickness and death. Mine are always fogged unless I want them to receive views. The fact that your hatchie hasn't recovered from egg sickness indicates that you should fog it now. Good luck! Share this post Link to post

Good luck! thats what i was worried about LOL ^^; i was like "ok any minute now it should recover..... any minute now.... i was gonna let it sit but its still sick and now im feeling less brave about risking it at least its not dead... and if it does die, then i guess i can attempt a zombie hatchie ^^; Share this post Link to post
Posted yesterday at 06:22 AM I know that Dorsals and Ridgewings can have CB alts, but does this go for all other breeds that have alts like Black and Undine dragons? Or are those bred only? Share this post Link to post

Or are those bred only? TJ has the CB from 2008 and there is one Black CB alt, a fluke from the very early years in the Cave, Commondant Lassard from 2009. At one point, he was given fake parents because of some petty jealousy, but public outrage allowed him to return to his natural CB state. Both of these dragons are in the CB line of this dragon, https://dragcave.net/lineage/nkPRu. There were also Alt CB Blacks and Vines, as well as a few CB female Hollies, given out as raffle prizes in 2011 or 12(?) I'm sure there is more info on them if you ask around. If it hadn't died at the time of your posting, it probably did not need any help not after a full day. Share this post Link to post
