I think they got confused about what dragon goes in the biome slot; Chrono are from the Forest.

Gender: Female

Mate: Desipis

Biome: Volcano

Elemental affinity: Dark/Magi

Mana: Destruction

I bred a female Pyro with a Desipis but got a Gaia instead.

My Desipis is from jungle, so maybe the biome is also involved? Or it was an anomaly?

What I'd like to see, would be one male and female of each of the Xeno types bred to the same species from the same biome so we'd have a set of results from 'identical' situations with less variables than we do have now.

Perhaps each pairing has a chance for 1 of 3 (Xenowyrm) eggs? One chance is for the Xenowyrm to pass down its mana alignment, another chance is for the other mate to pass down its mana alignment, with a final chance for the biome of the non-Xenowyrm mate to influence the result. I haven't compared all the results with this line of thought yet, however.

Edit: Oh wait, there's two Xenowyrms that produced an unaffiliated egg. Hmmm...

I had a similar thought process, but whichever way I turn it, at some point it doesn't add up any more.

My theory was that the resulting egg had a 50:50 chance of being influenced by either the father's mana/elemental alignment or the mother's biome. But that has already been debunked by some of the breeding results (I think... getting tired laugh.gif )

Amazon: thanks for trying! ^^

Anyway, I'm calling it a day on this side of the pond. Hopefully someone will have figured it out by tomorrow smile.gif
