As far as edits, I think it's risky. Most people add a new post when they add numbers. If I haven't updated yet then it wouldn't matter, but there's always the risk I am updating at that exact time. And I'd hate to miss a batch of numbers in an edit.

I just wanted to add, I've been watching the AP pretty aggressively over the past few days and I just want to say, even if its unrelated, which would be pretty weird, the AP seems full of people who are participating in this & their breedings. So I would say it is pretty successful and while it hasn't lowered the AP time too much yet (although it has lowered it to about 5 Days or 5XX days and kept it there, which is nice), I'm hoping to push it down a little. Besides, right now everything is either incuhatchable or almost, so people should be enjoying hatchlings or almost hatchlings pretty regularly this week.

 

Additionally, the "mix" seems to keep enough variety that there never (at least when I've watched it) appears to be a "wall" of any particular one breed, which I think is awesome to have eggs people can hatch, and a mix of breeds as well for some variety.

 

So big Kudos to everyone involved!
