Posted October 13, 2016 -WaterScorpion Catching up after not having power for practically half this week. Didn't have school Monday, but apparently when you don't have power or internet and it's a huge struggle to get to the nearest library doesn't mean that you get a little leeway when it comes to assignments. Posted October 13, 2016 Heyho peeps! *snugs for all she missed* I had a message from Lagie: The house I was in for the storm lost power at 2 a.m. Thursday and is still out. Mine came back on yesterday so I was finally able to go home. Today is the first chance I've had to be online and I won't get fully caught up. Posted October 16, 2016 (edited) *falls over* Thanks, Spotted! Things are well, thanks, beyond tonight's power fluctuations and no electricity at my shop. I'm definitely better off than many people I know! Matthew really gave this island a beating and some didn't fare that well. One friend has no power after 11 days. Two family members had their ceilings cave in. A coworker's property was flooded and is covered with downed trees. I did get through easily in comparison.
