Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) After days of meticulously arranging shinies, meats, and other draws; after countless rejections by dissatisfied females, Prince Chrom of Ylisse has attracted an admirer: a nebula dragon! You leave the happy couple alone to enjoy each other’s company. A blue nebula! I'm really happy, since that's exactly the same as his mate. Balloons refused to visit me.. and those were ALL i was trying to attract! I got SW instead, which I'm ok with I guess. Its alright though, I made a balloon out of the items, and I'm happy with that. Poor Carrot built a statue for his hopeful mate Apple, and that wasnt enough I had written a story for them, but... it got buried in the thread awhile back. Posted February 20, 2015 Thanks for the event anyway. Next time please inform us when the "end of the event" begins. And for the time can you please use am and pm or 24 hours modus. I really thougt that our final mate will appear on the 21st of February because that is the "end of the event". Not happy with my Red that turns her back to my poor boy, all the other mates that would be attracted by 60 Magical and 58 or 59 Meats are facing to the left... And yes i avoide shines besides 3 items to avoid a Waterhorse and i would also crying if my guy gets a Ballon. A text like: All the items that you are putting in are only there to influence the random number generator which determines your female dragon, with the beginnin of the 20th you can put in what you want this is the gal for your guy, would avoided this wave of anger. The bolding is mine for clarity. The timeline for the Valentine's Day event is essentially the same as before: Sunday, February 8 at 0:00: Past Valentine's dragons will be breedable. They will remain breedable for exactly seven days, ending February 15 at 0:00. Saturday, February 14 at 0:00: A new Valentine's Day dragon will be released. It will drop for three days, ending February 17 at 0:00. In addition, a special event will begin at this time, lasting one week (it will end February 21 at 0:00). Share this post Link to post

I don't think it even influenced the random generator, though. I had one magical item, and I have a Desipis even though they were insisting on mana collections in the prior days. So I don't think it mattered at all what your decorations were. (I'm not complaining about the Desipis, btw. Not was I was going for, but they're cool-looking dragons. I was merely surprised, since the text said the placed items made a difference, but my results show that they actually didn't. Or at least, they don't correlate to the results of the prior days...) Sadly I was assuming we'd have today to finish up decorating and then stop when the mate that we liked showed up thus guaranteeing something we liked. Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) My aim was undine, so I maxed mana and shinies and left everything else below 10. I had undines visit all the time but all said my shinies weren't enough, which is impossible because I don't think I could have had any more shinies. Ended up getting a black dragon as an admirer which is interesting because I barely had any meat. Never had black dragon mentioned before. I guess I couldn't meet the requirements so the cave picked another dragon. Perhaps the specific items under the certain categories affect it, rather than anything that's magic or shiny. You nailed it! @Ayelldee I was sure that the event will be locked on midnight betwenn the 21st and 22nd, but the description IN-CAVE that at the end of the event the final mate will stay are misleading. @FRiv I am quick-tempered from time to time and have a sharp tongue... @All I will made my peace with the Red female in the Valentine cave, 'cause it could hit me harder and i feel your pain when you are stuck now with the most unpleasant dragon from whole DC in your eyes and have to cover this particular female so that you do not have to see her. @TJ and staff All in all a wonderful event and thank you very much! It was fun to decorate the cave and the art is gorgeous. Dead certain there are issues with the deadlines for this events and you are very happy that you could present us the event like it was announced, but i for my part prefer a event that is completed over the meeting of the deadline. I would be happy with a "Sorry the event will started on the ??.??. at time of day and will end on ??.?? at time of day due to [insert reason(s)]." News in-cave then a half-cooked event full of glitches and missing instructions for users. *sigh* I am still not completly calmed down... My awake self can see how this could be way too crazy but it would be suiting for Heartstealers! EDIT - If I'm dreaming about DC I guess that means I'm officially hooked...
