No longer needed thank you <3 In terms of the rules can I suggest something? Can I make mention that should I be unable to respond within 24 hours I would like to be able to recover my hatchling? I would say waiting until the original owner has not responded by the time the hatchling reaches 4D 5H maybe because what if I were to have an issue that has me away from my computer for more than 24 HR like an accident, family emergency, etc. It is unfair that the person helping me should have a say after 24 hr whether my request for help has become a gift. If we change the rules, I know more than one person that will take advantage of that and make the other person dragonsit the Incubating subject for them, so they can have more space for other dragons. Off course, I think rules shouldn't be followed with eyes closed. I think there might be special cases and that we can talk them individually. If you would have an accident, you won't be around forums at all (means no messages here or on other topics) and we would be able to see that. You can contact the Incubator when you get back to the forums and explain the situation and request your dragon again. I'm sure most of them will return you your dragon with a smile. However, if that person denies, you can come to the thread and ask for a devolution. The OP and the mods will discuss your case and ask the Incubator to return the egg if that's the final decision. ^^ Share this post Link to post
Posted February 26, 2015 @AnanoKimi: I agree with you. However, some people here will take advantage of that and not take the egg till the final minute. Also, this makes the incubator wait for a long time with a hatchling slot occupied just for that matter. Family emergencies, accidents etc. are fine and tou could send a polite PM to explain the matter. However, if too many people said that, "I had a family emergency yesterday," or something along those lines, I will think that people are trying to take advantage of that "special" rule. Posted February 27, 2015 I can see how that can be an issue. In which case then I agree with Ylvanne and it should really be taken as a case by case thing where each person decides. I mean I know most of the people here are very kind so even if they do decide to claim ownership of it after 24hrs I beleive they can be kind enough to say, "heck why not have it back its been what a day? you're fine" But yeah. Just thought I would bring that up. thank you for the response ^w^ Also the incubate will no longer be needed. its at 4 Days 5 Hours so I can wait the extra hours. at the time the egg was at like 4 days 22 hours so yeah.
