If there's at least one other pairing that would be willing to do the same, we could have Alis and Antonio start out with different partners to start. Then they end up rejecting the pairings and get placed into their actual assigned pairs. I wouldn't mind some drama with her getting irritated with someone or her partner unable to deal with Alis. She's going to be pretty unreasonable.

 

But Alis and Antonio are totally a pair now. We should add that to the first page.

History: Harley had a wonderful childhood, and grew up surrounded by people who loved her. She had 6 brothers and sisters growing up and so always had plenty of people to play with. When she was around 13, her father (a Saint) passed away, and things got rough for everyone, since he had been the sole provider of the family. Her mother and older brother (16) went to work to help support the family, leaving Harley as the babysitter for all her younger siblings. But she didn’t mind. Her Mark came when she was 16 and her family convinced her to go to the school, but she wasn’t too happy about it till she actually got there.

Personality: She’s very silly, and joking around is her favorite hobby. More like a career. She’s full of energy and life and she loves making people smile. Her favorite kind of jokes are the stupid ones that are only funny because they aren’t. She considers herself something of a comedic genius, and would probably risk her life for something as long as it had quality humor value. She’s basically just a ray of very silly sunshine.

Other: She was right handed, but it she broke her wrist when she was younger and it never healed correctly, so she’s left handed.

There is also the fact that ideally we would want things balanced but it's not like it is predetermined to have X number of <insert element of choice>. It is completely random what element a Saint is affiliated too (as far as we know). There very well could realistically be 10 Water Saints and a handful of the others in a random group of people.

Appearance: Tall, thin and lithe. David is rather pale with dark eyes long limbs. He has deep, dark red-brown hair, reaching down to his mid-back, and framed around his face in such a way that it frequently hides his right eye from view. Said right eye is occasionally concealed by a medical eyepatch regardless.

History: Much of David's past is a mystery, even to him. Most of his past is hazy at best, existing only as a series of nonsensical flashes. Thusly, David has been eagerly awaiting the day that he met his partner, in the hopes that she may know more about him, or at least might trigger his lost memories. Only one thing about his last is certain to him - his entire hometown was destroyed by demons, and he lost his family.

Personality: David at first seems quiet and aloof, the kind of person who ignores classmates to focus on work, and isn't interested in other people. The truth, however, is that he is plagued by deep feelings of insecurity, due to him feeling like he doesn't know who he is. He is dedicated, driven and determined, but once he opens up, his stern exterior reveals a deeply philosophical soul. A hopeless romantic with a quick wit, and a dry, sarcastic sense of humour. He is also fiercely protective of people he makes a connection with, and is loyal to a fault, always trying to help those in need.

Other: Much of David's body is covered in bandages, though the extent of this is unlikely to be seen except by his partner if she catches him changing. He is also a talented artist and a trained violinist, though nowadays he tends to spend his spare time hunting demons - hence the bandages.

Though it can use real bullets, he prefers to simply fire flames from the barrel at high velocities, using his own flame to infuse the weapon. He also doesn't require combustion to fire the gun, as his own flames provide the explosion. The gun comes paired with a small combat knife that doesn't inherently possess fire unless he makes it run along the length of the blade. He has come to affectionately call the blade Redemption.

Romance with Partner: Very deeply involved. Will even sacrifice his team in order to ensure her safety. Has been known to show intense jealousy if men show interest in her at all.

Appearance: A slightly tall young man, Verick normally has a cocky grin that people have come to call his "demon grin." He always wears red, black, or gold, especially near his mark. His hair is black as charcoal. His eyes are green. He has a slight bit of facial hair that he messes with when he's thinking. He loves jackets and hoodies.

History: At a young age, Verick was fascinated with honor, pride, and stories of heroes. When his parents told him of the great event that had happened, four years before his birth, he had immediately desired such power. He swore to cull the lives of the demons that threatened his world, no matter the cost. Hence, his father gifted to him his issued magnum as a gift. They had never considered what would come of it.

He met a girl of his age, beautiful and endearing, when he was roughly six. He would toy around with her often, sharing the same dream of one day being heroes. But she was slightly sickly, and couldn't follow him forever.

Her name was Rosaline. And he took it to heart. As the pair grew older, his jealousy and protective habits prevented anyone from coming close. He spent years learning how to fight, since she couldn't do it herself. Because her sickness began to get worse as they got older, he feared for her life, and continued to support her as best he could.

When they hit the age of fourteen, a sudden bout of the illness hit her just as they were on their way home from school, in the middle of the street. Afraid that she would get in any harm, he leaped out into the road...

And into an inferno. Both Rosalina and he were protected by an immense flame as he looked around, confused. It was at that moment that his mark presented itself, branding in flame.

With this new power, he made it his mission to continue his defense of her, burning anything that got in his way. His erratic powers and will earned him the title of The Inferno.

And it suited him just fine.

Personality: Like the flames that follow him, he is extremely chaotic and emotional, flickering between ruthless fighter and devoted protector within an instant. He believes in whatever Rosaline believes in. For example, when the school told him it was ill-advised for him to live with a Saint of Water like Rosaline, he almost burned down a wing before she found him and calmed him down. His fury and chaotic nature are worse if she is not around, going so far as to heat up the area around him to extreme levels. However, when she is around, he is normally an outgoing person, slightly arrogant to the point of narcissism. He doesn't care much for friendship or other relationships, repeating his catchphrase, "If they're not Rosaline, they don't matter."

However, that's not to say he won't attempt to save those in need, though if the danger to Rosaline is too great, he will avoid it.

Appearance: Nemesis has short dark brown hair and brown eyes. She has a fairly androgynous appearance, to the point where at times it's hard to tell if she's a girl or a boy. She's about 5 feet 5 inches, with lightly tanned skin. She always wears a dark grey hoodie and tends to have a pair of headphones on as an excuse to ignore the world, even though she does have music and podcasts on quite frequently. Her hair tends to hide part of her left eye and nose, but she really doesn't care. She looks angry most of the time, although when amused she will smile vaguely or laugh.

History: Nemesis had a relatively normal childhood, although she openly despised pop culture and was more of the "nerd" type. No one would dare try to bully her, due to her violent verbal reactions and hostile demeanor. Due to her personality, she's been isolated by her peers, except for one girl who she was often paired with in group projects. Although originally she judged the other girl by her aloof personality, they eventually became close friends, if for the sole reason of both being outcasts. The first time she went to her friend's house, she thought her brother was an idiot for being so optimistic in today's world. She still does, but both he and his sister are able to make her laugh occasionally, his sister more than him.

Personality: Nemesis tends to be very hostile to anyone she meets, even going so far as to glare at total strangers. She uses her anger as a block for her feelings, although she does acknowledge that she has other feelings around her friend, whose brother occasionally overhears her, much to her annoyance.

History: her and her brother were thrown out on the streets at age 5, and they didn't remember their last names, so they came up with Arkus. They worked to survive until they found out about the Academy.

Personality: she is all out and hot headed, unlike her brother. She can be a meathead and act without thinking. Sometimes, she seems like the kind of girl that says "punch now, ask questions later". But, she can be helpful at times, and she is smart. She can be kind when she thinks second thoughts

Appearance: Thel has short black hair that doesn't reach past his ears. His eyes are a dark brown and set on a faintly narrow face. His features are on the sharper side with a square jawline. However, there is a gentle look to him. With a tanned skin tone, Thel has a lithe build, designed more for running. He stands at 5'7" and typically wears loose t-shirts, denim coats, and tattered jeans with boots. Often, some will see him with work gloves, dirt on his clothing and in his hair. If one shook hands with him, they would take note of the roughened texture of his palms and fingers from the labor work he does on his family's farm.

History: Thel grew up not truly caring for school or the Americanized culture. His father is a pureblood Englishman while his mother is of a mixed heritage. Though his parents made him attend school, he doesn't often pay more attention than what is required to pass, filling up the rest of his time learning about tribal cultures such as the Navajo and Cheyenne. Taking care of the farm was deemed a secondary concern to him by his parents but, he prefers to the hands-on work over the technology-centered lifestyles.

Personality: As noted in how he prefers to live and work, Thel is very hands-on in terms of resolving problems or finding solutions. He can be a team player but will often got lost in his work and begin doing everything on his own. Thel is committed to his tribal heritage and does his best to research and keep the old cultures alive. Around people, he can seem rather reserved but he is not against having company or engaging in conversation.

Other: Ambidextrous. As such, his mark is split into two, one half on the back of each hand. He has been learning to speak and write both Navajo and Cheyenne.

— Thel’s Reflector portrays his connection to his tribal roots. Entirely made of cloth in various shades of blue, Thel’s attire is similar to the breechcloths, leggings, and moccasins of many tribes. However, a sleeveless tunic with a fringed bottom covers his torso so as not to be so exposed. On the breechcloth and moccasins, patterned threads of red and yellow add to the otherwise plain cloth. Feathers, in bunches of two or three, adorn his clothing. A trio of feathers from an Eagle are attached to his tunic at the right shoulder, a pair of hawk feathers hang from his left hip, and a trio of crane feathers adorn his hair behind his left ear. Around his wrists are various accessories consisting of bead and leather bracelets. One bracelet on his right wrist is a single cord with two small pigeon feathers hanging from it. More patterning of red and yellow thread race around the edges of his tunic, adding a bit more color than just the blue of his clothing.

 

Name: Rosaline "The Ocean" Springs

Vice Breaker: Verick himself is her relic, which surprised most of those at the Saint school when they realized it. As most of her affections are not for war but for defense, her weapon manifested as a ring that the wearer can use to gain her blessing. The one wearing the ring becomes her weapon, her eyes, and her ears, allowing her to safely stay away from the battlefield and bless the one wearing it with her power. She also wears one as well. The pair of rings are called Ocean's Bounty.

Ethnicity: Caucasian.

Mark Colour: Silver.

Romance with Partner: Extremely devoted. As he is her defense and her weapon itself, she refuses to be away from him.

Appearance: Tall, and lithe, but beautiful, Rosaline always has a distant look upon her face when pondering. She wears a pair of glasses, her blue eyes visible under silver hair. Her clothing is normally silver, blue, and green. She loves dresses and sweaters more than casual wear.

History: Rosaline, from a young age, was always a radiant girl who wanted to enjoy life, but she had a weak immune system, making her sickly. As she got older, it got a bit better, but it wasn't until she met Verick that she began to smile and move around again. He enticed her to play and dream, trying hard to work things out together. He'd carry her on his back, even as a young child. The two were inseparable.

Her power began to develop earlier than Verick's but she didn't like to show it to anyone else but him. She could use it to strengthen herself a bit and work around, but it wasn't until she was fourteen that she actually used it to a great extent.

After her close brush with death, Verick couldn't break free of his flames. They were too intense, and began to burn everything around him, getting worse if she wasn't near. Using her water abilities, she ran to him and bound herself to him, which not only made his power stable and hers as well, but also forged a ring between them both that made him her familiar. As such, they have always needed to be around each other, as she still can't fight well alone due to her illness.

Personality: Though weak most of the time, Rosaline has a bright, "bubbly" appearance that makes her likeable to most people around her. Unlike Verick, who normally doesn't interact with people more than her or their close friends, she gets a lot of attention. She keeps tabs on him and is known to be jealous if other women get close to him, even though they both know the chances of him leaving her are slim.

She also has fits of lethargy, thanks to her weak body. During these times, Verick is known to carry her back to their room in the dorms and leave class for the day.

She is also apt to ride upon his back at most times when they're found, or standing near him. As their bond is strong, and she also relies on him for her powers to be used fully, she is known to show equal displeasure when they aren't together, chilling the air around her.

To her enemies, she is not known as "The Ocean" but the "Snow Witch." Her abilities rely on passive chilling auras and cold effects, as well as manipulation of water in the air.

History: She was born into a great family, they were well-off, sent er to a great school, were very accepting of her sexuality, which she realized at a young age, and she was always grateful. When she was 14, she started getting into fights at school. She would never answer as to why. The fights got progressively worse and she got thrown out of one school after another. Her mark appeared when she was 16 and they finally sent her off to this school.

Personality: She's incredibly fun and bright and happy around other people. She flirts with everyone, like, all the time, she'd be the girl to walk up to anyone you pointed at and kiss them. She has a very odd and poetic view of the word and she stands firmly beside it. If her personality had to be described as a body of water, she'd be a waterfall. She's loud and rushed, beautiful, and determined to bring about her own destruction. She will punch you in the face if you hurt someone she loves.

Appearance: Standing at an average height of 5'7, Eirwen has the much desired hourglass like figure and is what much of society would stereotypical consider attractive or beautiful. Eirwen has long blonde hair that is usually worn loose when doing everyday things and drawn into a ponytail when in combat. Her skin is pale and unblemished and her eyes are a light blue color. Eirwen has a cute, delicate curved nose and small pink lips, yet for all her pretty features she rarely cares to light them with emotion.

History: Eirwen's back story isn't a very dramatic one. With a model for a mother and a actor for a father it was a given that Eirwen and her twin brother would be beautiful children. Though popular at first because of her above average looks, people tended to find her rather emotionless personality and lack of care as a way of saying that she was better then them.

Unknowingly isolating herself from her peers because of her personality, Eirwen was often paired with another girl whom was feared for her fiery tempers and somewhat violent tendencies. Though originally thinking of the girl as a brute, Eirwen and the girl became quite close and were delighted to find that they would be attending St. Alexandria's Academy together.

Personality: Dubbed The Ice Queen by guys who have been rejected and That One  by girls who tried to befriend her, Eirwen has a bit of an aloof type of personality. She is quiet and does not like to talk about herself, however she isn't shy, and is quite brutally honest. This leads many people who don't take the time to know her to assume that she is stuck up.

Eirwen features usually don't show much emotion and she doesn't seem to care much about what others think of her. She has only one friend in the past, and never really did trends and is inexperienced when it comes to romance.

When it comes down to it though, Eirwen does have a soft side and is a good person. She adores animals and little children and has a motherly/big sisterly figure when it comes to them. If she comes to see you as a friend, she will be loyal unless given the reason not to.

When she dislikes someone, Eirwen doesn't show her anger through rage. She just simply ignores them, giving short curt answers when asked a question by such a person and otherwise avoiding them. This isn't very different from how she treats normal people, so it often leads to misunderstandings.

Her hobbies consists of reading, drawing and playing the piano. She also enjoys to cook and fairly good at it. She is always open to trying knew things unless she finds it utterly stupid.

Because of his features, he is almost always mistaken for a girl at first glance.

History: Blair had a comfortable childhood compared to most because of his rather successful parents. Though the frailer of the two twins, adults he always preferred him over his twin sister because of his cheerful personality. In school Blair would usually hang out with the girls whom also preferred Eirwen's look alike with a much warmer personality. The boys of his age would always pick on him for his delicate girl like looks and how easily he cried and although it wasn't seriously bullying it was enough to put a gap between Blair and other boys his age. Around middle school, Eirwen's friend Nemesis was introduced to Blair. Though originally thinking that the girl's violent nature was terrifying he eventually found that she wasn't as bad a person as he thought.

Personality: Like his sister, Blair doesn't seem to care much what others think of him but that is where the similarities end. While Eirwen is almost emotionless and seems not to care for much, Blair is extremely curious about the world and is almost always cheerful. Her shoulders are narrow and her face is slightly triangular, giving her a delicate appearance. Full lips, high cheekbones, and a slender neck add to her physical attractiveness. However, she isn't the most endowed female around. Her rear is smaller than those who boast about big butts and her chest is only a couple cup sizes above being flat.

 

For clothing, she likes wearing long pants and v-neck shirts or tank tops. Her favorite footwear is a pair of ankle-high sneakers and she will, once in awhile, sport a favorite coat.

History: Latoya was born in the West, growing up in an upper, working-class, family and home. School was decent but she had her sights set on bigger things, often wanting as much free time as she could get away with. For one thing, she dreamed of becoming the president but, as she got older, she tossed aside that idea and got a nice taste of cooking. Food rang nicely to her, and not just because it kept her energy up. Now, she wants to own a restaurant, to create her own top menu and knock out the competition. It'll take some work and some years of learning but, she's got her heart set on it.

Personality: She's fun and loving but certainly enthusiastic about specific topics, especially food. She can have a loud voice but mostly due to her expressive nature. Latoya enjoys company and enjoys working with others but, she prefers to take the leading role and call the shots. Of course, that doesn't mean she'll block any chances of other opinions and ideas from someone else. She grows close to her friends and makes it clear that she hates her enemies.

Personality: Eleanor is an active, vibrant and energetic being. A tomboy, being the only girl and Rein being her focused role model. Her rebellious nature stemmed from the townsfolk trying to persuade her she needed to act like the girl she was and having her unwillingness to comply with 'stupid' rules. Also, she isn't afraid to get in other's faces and certainly isn't one to back down from a challenge. Some believe she picked up what Rein didn't get.

Framed by long lashes, Cherisa's eyes are large and a grey color. Cherisa always wears a soft smile and although she is blind, she prefers to keep her eyes open.

History: Cherisa had a happy childhood with loving parents. Her parents were part of an organization that provides relief to those struck by disasters. When her parents made these trips, they would often take their daughter with them. Cherisa always felt a strong urge to help her parents save people.

Sneaking out from the volunteer camp one day she saw the aftermath of a village destroyed by demons. Wandering into the outskirts of the town and then deeper still, she came across a young boy stuck under some rubble. After a bit of time, she eventually freed the boy from the rubble but then they were attacked by a demon whom had lingered after the attack. Cherisa was knocked unconscious while trying to escape with the boy. When she woke up, she was blind and never saw the boy again.

Personality: Cherisa always seems to be happy and having fun. Selfless and kind, she puts the needs of others before her own and is always smiling believing the strongest thing that you could do is smile for those you love no matter how much pain you are in. Cherisa is the kind of person whom believes that everyone is good having seen so many vulnerable and hurting people when she was younger, and as a result, some will put up walls. Soft spoken, gentle, and extremely patient Cherisa seems to never get mad nor raises her voice and is a good listener.

Cherisa can be quite a bit of a doormat since she is always trying to help people, but she knows when someone is going to far and how to walk away. Because she is blind, Cherisa isn't the most graceful individual on the battlefield however that doesn't mean that she can't get around by herself. She feels inferior and is quite self conscious to others because of her handicap and tries to work hard and to get ahead so that she can be on the same level as the other students. Cherisa can be almost stubborn when it comes to asking for help though she'll reluctantly accept if it is offered to her.

History: He took his fathers surname, but his mother wanted something fro her side of the family in his name, hence why his first name is Chinese and his last name is Italian. He started taking kung fu classes at a young age. Seeing as he enjoyed them, he continued to attend classes, even going to competitions as he to better. This gives him some familiarity with his weapon before he began to attend St. Alexandria’s. Being from two very different cultures life is a bit of a culture shock for him. He prefers the quieter views of his Chinese side, but at the same time he still loves his louder Italian family.

Personality: He tries to remain level-headed, often seeking to end conflict between people. His training and mother have taught him to be well disciplined, something he feels everyone should be. He typically is one to watch and then respond accordingly rather than make the first move in any sort of situation. He is dedicated to training, while at the same time cautious of putting too much time into it, as rest can be equally important.

History: Antonio was born and raised in Sinaloa, Mexico until his family immigrated to the States. His father struggled to get green cards, requiring them to come in illegally. It took a few years but citizenship was finally achieved and they no longer worried about being deported. Shortly after, Antonio's younger brother was born and became his sole focus. He grew up, learning all he could at school in the States, working on his English, so he could share the knowledge with his parents and baby brother.

Personality: Antonio likes having fun but knows when to be serious and get work done. In Mexico, his education was limited and his time mostly taken away by trying to help his parents secure a means of getting to the U.S.A. This involved working, often during school hours. He savors his education and holds it in a strong light, making him rather intolerant of class clowns or outright disruptive students. He does take pleasure in being a kid though, striving to make the best use of his free time and experiencing the world outside.

— Antonio’s Vice Reflector portrays the struggles he endured while growing up. His armor is sparse but heavy. Large, rounded, pauldron cover both shoulders and his upper torso is covered by a thick breastplate. Gauntlets cover his hands and forearms while thick boots cover his feet up to his knees. Both the gauntlets and the boots have a pointed end that covers the respective joint. For the gauntlets, these extended points aim outwards while, for the boots, they extend upwards. Between the metallic pieces, Antonio’s body is covered in loose cloth. On his head rests part of a helm with a chain link skirt the surrounds the back and sides of his neck. The helm itself only covers the top of his head with a beak-like protrusion extending out over his face. From the front view, it conceals his forehead entirely and the beak conceals the bridge of his nose. Similarly, two curved points extend briefly to follow his cheekbones. The coloring of his Reflector consists of shades of brown and green. The armor itself is covered in Aztec symbols, much like Earth Shaker’s head, which respectfully stand for burden, carry, dependency, and similar meanings.

History: Alis was born and raised just outside of the Icelandic capitol Reykjavik. She lived a fairly normal life there, all things considering, and was content riding horses, studying and otherwise minding her own business. However, when the mark first appeared on her hand, her parents immediately felt it necessary to send her to St. Alexandria's Academy for some kind of 'destiny'. While personally not believing in that, she did have a desire to at least learn about the extent of her abilities and how what she could do before so she went with the plan and ended up joining the school.

Personality: Alis is beautiful and graceful when observed from afar. Opting for silence or soft-spoken words, she enjoys milder activities to fighting, such as her new obsession with making flower crowns. But this changes the closer you get. Seeing no need for fluff, she tends to be straight to the point without entertaining idle chitchat. This can give her a bit of a colder front since most people are used to fluff before seriousness but she's quite set in her ways and sees little point in trying to entertain the idea of adding pointless conversations for the sake of pointless conversations. This ties back into her being beautiful and graceful when observed from afar because, basically, the closer you get the harsher she becomes. She's never really been good at opening herself up and is generally distrustful to people. Earning her loyalty is a difficult feat since she mostly counts for herself since survival is the best idea. However, the rare allies she makes are kept ones. Just as she cares for her own survival, she takes it upon herself to defend her comrades in arms over everything else, even other people. While this can be seen as selfish, she doesn't really care and will always choose to defend the lives of her allies over nameless strangers.

Sol extends down Atlas's arm some, so he can still deliver hammer-handed blows. Luna is one part of a pair of greaves. He gave the other piece to his partner to symbolize them coming together. Neither of these relics impede movement, but are made of strong enough metal to still offer worthwhile protection. Atlas can also use Sol to deliver ranged blasts of searing light.

Appearance: Atlas stands at 6'1", towering over most of the people he associates with. He comes in at a lean 150 pounds, with a muscular build that he takes care to maintain. The man keeps his brown hair short, and his beard long. Amber eyes bore like drills into his enemies eyes. Atlas' gaze is intense, and a defined jaw-line and cheekbones do nothing to hinder that purpose.

 

Casually, Atlas cares little for his attire. Usually, he'll throw on a gray tee which showcases his muscles, complimented by denim-coated black jeans. A belt, although not necessarily needed, pays its respects to the entire outfit. The belt itself is made out of fine leather, although it's become faded with use, and the buckle is not particularly special. In addition to said belt, Atlas wears a chain on his jeans to dissuade any potential pickpockets from making him their mark. He wears his father's analog watch on his left hand. His choice of shoes, however, changes according to the situation. Usually, he wears simple white socks and gray canvas sneakers.

History: Atlas was born to a couple by the name of Markus and Sophia Angelov. They were a good couple, got along well with others, and then finally decided to try for a baby.

Atlas won out in that race, but his mother didn't. There weren't many complications with the pregnancy, no more than you'd expect normally, but the doctors did all they could. His mother died during childbirth, and while his father tried his hardest to fight through that grief, did not. The man turned to alcohol and cigarettes, but still providing enough for his son that Atlas wouldn't resent him for it. Usually, Markus was a calm and collected man. This carried over into the drunken form of him; occasionally, however, he'd get all riled up. But one night, he snapped a little-- nay, much worse than usual. You see, a resentment had been growing in his mind for some time now. Ultimately, Markus blamed Atlas wholeheartedly for taking the love of his life away from him. Now, a normal boy when struggling against a drunk father who vehemently dislikes you? Something horrid would happen. Yet Atlas was not a normal boy. His power manifested in a great glow of light, and while the man was blinded, Atlas slipped out through the back with nary a possession to his name.

Personality: Atlas is stubborn, but wise and insightful. He sticks to the sidelines, letting actions speak more loudly than words, but has a deep baritone that demands attention. He is sympathetic to those who come from the same 'story' as he does, abusive families and abusive homes. He's brash in the good way, strong and energetic. He carries himself well, sits up straight in class, and is well-spoken. However, he doesn't trust many other people than himself.

Other: Knows mixed martial arts. Before Markus flipped the out, he paid for Atlas' training.

History: Harley had a wonderful childhood, and grew up surrounded by people who loved her. She had 6 brothers and sisters growing up and so always had plenty of people to play with. When she was around 13, her father (a Saint) passed away, and things got rough for everyone, since he had been the sole provider of the family. Her mother and older brother (16) went to work to help support the family, leaving Harley as the babysitter for all her younger siblings. But she didn’t mind. Her Mark came when she was 16 and her family convinced her to go to the school, but she wasn’t too happy about it till she actually got there.

Personality: She’s very silly, and joking around is her favorite hobby. More like a career. She’s full of energy and life and she loves making people smile. Her favorite kind of jokes are the stupid ones that are only funny because they aren’t. She considers herself something of a comedic genius, and would probably risk her life for something as long as it had quality humor value. She’s basically just a ray of very silly sunshine.

The weapon reminds of a police baton, with the difference being the two cutting blades instead of the usual material. These twin blades can increase his speed trendemously, but only in short bursts. That allows him to whirl past and through enemies, causing multiple lacerations on the target's body. He can use this on many hostiles at once, with the main difference when he does being that he dashes longer distances but normally moves slower. Also, he can use the ability to dash freely on his own - both on the ground and in mid-air.

Appearance: Blake has short, dark golden blonde hair styled into a simplistic, low faux hawk. His eyes are a strange, naturally bright gray color that are often compared to an obscuring, yet enveloping mist. He prefers wearing dark clothing in order to blend in easily with darker surroundings. Most often, he can be seen wearing a pair of dark gray cargo pants, along with a gray t-shirt under a black, unzipped hoodie and a pair of comfortable, black skytops.

History: Born to a simple family living in the outskirts of London, Blake Cromwell has lived a strangely unnatural life. His childhood was filled with days of wandering around and sating his curiousity. Whether it was an old, half-demolished ruin or a newly made building still in use, he'd not stop until he was either caught and warned to never come back or had ended the investigation of a 'subject' successfully. School came and calmed his adventurous spirit by filling his time with homework, friendly relations and assignments. Slowly, he got used to the usual, monotonous tone the others had in their lives. Though the change was filled with negatives, there was one good thing - a young girl in his class, Vanessa. A small idol for the class because of her respectful and selfess nature, she was the center of attention for many of the boys, as well as a great friend for the girls. He slowly grew over the feeling of awkwardness that had arisen because of his lack of contact, then proceeded to befriend her and return to social life once again.

Life was good, and he was definitely happy. Years went by as the two grew together, and though they were still too young to lead the usual relationship, the two were often together found in eachother's company. Then, the unthinkable happened. Vanessa was kidnapped one night. It was only the morning afterward that Blake learned of the news. He was confused at first, but after a moment of contemplation, he became real upset. Silently, he'd sneak out every night and search around the neighborhood for any traces of his friend. However, there was nothing. Only days later did the news come that she had been found dead in a pedophile's basement. That night, he'd went out and to the man's house, who was under house arrest temporarily because of the outburst of the community. He snuck inside and didn't come out for hours on end. A cry of pain from the house had taken the attention of the guardsmen that came to patrol around the morning and they immediately entered the house. There, in the living room, they found the young boy... as well as the body of the old man, with countless cuts in his body and a single, broken knife sticking out of his forehead. They attempted to catch him... only for the boy to melt away in the deep shadows within the dark room. It was days later that the residents found out the man was dead, but the killer was never revealed - St. Alexandria's had found the talents of the boy before he was to be revealed as the murdered, then made a deal with him. He would come to the school on his own and fight, and in return, they'd silence the media so that nobody learned of his sin. Knowing how chaotic life would turn, the young boy made a rather mature choice and joined the school. Now, Blake is one of the rare Saints of Darkness that work and train in St. Alexandria. None know of what happened to him, nor does he really know if his heart has healed, but only time would show.

Personality: Blake is a cold person that prefers isolation. In battle, he works as a lone wolf, with the only times that he appears to protect others being when they're in real danger. He still respects others and helps them, if the need arises, but otherwise, he likes to keep away from other individuals. Not a lot of people have tried to approach him, since he's created an invisible shroud around himself, so he doesn't expect most to be different. The ones that come directly to him truly do make an impression, though, as they prove themselves to be a person that doesn't live monotonously in a world of their own. Friends is something that Cromwell doesn't have, but values highly, as the ones which have shown something other than ignorance to him feel truly special. As for a relationship... ever since his arrival to the school, Blake hasn't thought of another one. Saints working as a pair would often turn their connection into a blossoming love, but he's still unsure if he is ready to start anew. However, if the right person were to come, he would be willing to try.

Other: Blake has went through a multitude of combat courses to improve his sneaking and evasive skills to an impressive level. He prefers avoiding direct contact with enemies and instead eliminating them quietly, but he is able to hold his own against a multitude of opponent without issues, too.

About 5"7, she is deathly pale with pigmentless, red eyes and vivid purple hair. Whether or not she's just really weird genetically, or an albino with died hair is a closely guarded secret. She is rather slender and graceful, usually wearing stiletto heels go accentuate her build. She has a slight hourglass curve to her form, with a decent bust and flaring hips, but nothing spectacular. More muted and elegant, like the rest of her build. Her hair is curly and falls just behind her slender shoulders.

History: Morgan was born to pair of former Saints, and as such, they were rather lying when she was born. Nevertheless, they were thrilled to have her, and raised her with love and joy... For about five years, before they were killed by demons. She then lived in an orphanage for a further five years... Before being happily adopted by another former Saint, and current police officer. Although things were off to a shakey start, the two of them got on amazingly, and he always made sure to treat Morgan with respect and care. It should be stated that she's always been somewhat aware of her sexuality, and neither she, not Hatsuharu, her foster father, mind.

Personality: Morgan is INCREDIBLY charismatic. Her smile lights up a room and she is always surrounded by a gaggle of friends. This is because she learned from Haru (who told her innocently) exactly what attracts people to others. You see, she is massively manipulative and playful. She enjoys playing mindgames with people but isn't malevolent by any means... She's just fascinated by how to toy with the human mind. She is also a colossal sadist and gets off on inflicting pain, so don't piss her off. However, she is also incredibly opinionated and strong-willed. She isn't always on the side of Justice - a fact she is aware of - but she always does what is best for her and those she cares about. She is fiercely loyal and would die in a heartbeat for someone she loves. She also has a very complex relationship with her youngest cousin, Melody, whom is around the same age she is. On the one hand, she loves the girl, and on the other, Melody's father, Morgan's uncle, never saved her from the orphanage, and Melody herself is treated like a princess. So there is love there, but resentment too. But anyway yes. She is loyal... But is also really playful and manipulative. And a total flirt.

Other: That isn't her uniform obv. She wears a cravat with hers though instead of a bow and translucent proper tights and high heels as well.

History: Rein grew up in a small town, in Northern Michigan, where everyone knew everyone. In middle school, Rein partook in archery, competing in regional and state tournaments a year later, taking third place in the Nationals by his freshman year of high school. Stepping back a grade, Rein joined a martial arts group, but only practiced the sport for three years, making his black belt, but feeling no form of enjoyment from the activities. By the middle of his freshman year, he and his sister were selected to participate in the Saints program.

Personality: Rein is quiet, but friendly, often displaying a pleasant smile when approached. Yet, despite his friendly nature, Rein isn't much of a people person, with very few friends in his hometown and fewer attachments to those outside of it. Despite this, if you are a friend of his, Rein is protective and loyal, lending a hand when needed and sometimes even when he's just around.

So I have a question. Potentially, there are a lot of places where we could start off this RP. I mean, 20-ish people out of 50 is a huge influx so I imagine some of the students would already start out in the school while others might start out in the initial stages of recruitment (Like pairing up and such). Are we going to do it like that or are we going to have everyone start in the same place and just say screw the numbers?
