Posted December 26, 2014 (edited) So, my favorites are from most to least: - Snow Angel (Tri-Colored most) - Solstice - Wrapping-wing - Winter Magi But It was almost a tie between them four, I really love all of them. And my less favorites; - Yulebuck - Holly (Don't get me wrong, I like them but their sprite is nothing special for me. - And least by far are the Ribbon dancers. Me, too, 5 hours at this point, and a gift that probably won't be picked up until tomorrow - though I wouldn't bet on there being much good in the AP left-overs at that point. But after 6 years of chasing the fantasy of the 2nd-gen-with-White Holly Grail, I actually now have beautiful 3rd and 4th checkered even-gens and can stop being fanatic about hunting all Christmas every Christmas for something I almost certainly won't get. Posted December 26, 2014 Hard to do favorite Christmas dragon o.O I think I'd order mine more akin to how much I like breeding them. 1. Snow Angel (love feathered wings) 2. Yulebuck (PEPPERMINTTTTT) 3. Magi (Really pretty color combo) 4. Ribbon Dancer (so shiny and nice classic colors) 5. Holly (gets lower due to inability to breed much) 6. Wrapping paper (I have a hard time combining this one) 7. Prize (lower due to it pretty much being set in stone) 8. Solstice (too chaotic, bad memories about frills and gold changes will make me avoid this one unless last minute) Share this post Link to post

Posted December 26, 2014 Ohh, I must do one now. My favorite holiday dragons, from most to least. 1st: CB Solstice (With the rainbow wings, not that I dont adore the rainbowless ones, I just wish I had some rainbows on my scroll lol) 2nd: Snow Angels! I was so excited to find out yesterday that my scroll is a tri color scroll 3rd: Winter Magi~ I adore the colors, and the egg and the falling snow is to die for 4th: Yulebuck. I honestly was not to fond of these, until I started to catch them, and look at the lineages, seeing them matched up with others. Now, I'm quite content with my pepperments. 5th: Hollies. Of course, I need as low gen as I can get (I somehow got a clean 6th gen *Dies*), but they kinda fade to the back compaired to the newer dragons, excluding how rare they are. 7th: Ribbon Dancer. I cant put my finger on it, but something just seems off about them. 8th: Wrapping Wings. I love the alts to death, but the regulars I have a hard time finding a lineage that looks good with them, and thier legs look so tiny compared to the rest of them. And of course I dont know where the newbies rank, lol. I love all of the holiday dragons, just some more than others lol. Share this post Link to post

Also, favorite holiday dragons are: 1 Solstice (best one by FAR) 2 & 3 Wrapping Wings and Ribbon Dancer are tied for second/third 4 Holly 5 Yulebuck 6 Winter Magi 7 Snow Angel (might be higher, if I didn't have the most boring variety (white wings with gold tips...I'd rather have the gold wings with red and green stripes version. Posted December 26, 2014 My favorite is the Winter Magi, I just love how their little hands are drawn, it's details like that that make them so adorable. They're actually one of my favorites out of all the breeds in DC. Second favorite is probably the tri-color Snow Angel, and then the rest I like pretty much equally. Share this post Link to post

Posted December 26, 2014 So, I'm a little new to Dragon Cave (I started in September) and the first Halloween event was overwhelming for me. I did manage to get at least two of every dragon though! But I haven't been in an event that has a raffle yet. I know that in previous years, there have been Holiday Raffles, where users won Tinsels or Shimmerscales, but how and when is the raffle held, and how are you notified if you won?
