Posted February 18, 2015 Anybody else having trouble unlocking the shadow for the new Val dragon on the encyclopedia page, even though it's accessible through the breed name on egg/hatchling pages? Posted February 18, 2015 If you observed them as eggs (or hatchlings) then they don't count as adults when you click the adult (unless in a few weeks you find and click them again and then they would count). Share this post Link to post

It took me a while to figure out why I was having to breed so many (I kept checking the dragon before I bred to try to make sure it was CB which counted as a click so that when I clicked it when it was scaleless it didn't count.) Posted March 9, 2015 I've just returned after 8 months without a computer, and was pleased to see the encyclopedia a reality. Thank you to all who have posted here, as you have been wonderful help in my attempts to catch up! HOWEVER, I had the same issue that numb3rs has illustrated. The first 11 images showed up fairly fast, but the adults from curled hatchlings are elusive, or really, really rare. I saw Pinch of StarDust's post where she says she viewed 319 Blacks to unlock them. It took 549 adults, mostly Alts that I viewed while trying to unlock this, tracing lineages and progenies. It took less than 60 views to get all the hatchling images. Is there some trick I missed in my attempts to unlock them? in any case, here are the 2 adult Alts from curled hatchlings that reside on my scroll: Exquisite Anna Purna and Curling Champion I hope they can help anyone with the same issue. how can I unlock this? I have unlocked all black dragons observations but cannot unlock this Thank you again to TJ, the artists and conceptors, and all who have contributed here to this massive work!
