Posted September 24, 2014 Pyrope Pyralspites are the Volcano biome variant of the new eggs. There is no dimorphism. I'll make one thread for each variant, due to their different colours (as someone, I forget who, suggested in the news thread). Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) The Royal Crimsons'd look nice with these! Edited September 24, 2014 by Silverswift Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Royal crimsons, you say? Let me dig up those links... x x That does look nice. Also... x x Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) Yeeeeeep. Still just going to work on interbreeding these first. xD The last falconiform isn't bad, but there's nothing I'm really loving for these guys beyond interbreeding. Edited September 24, 2014 by SockPuppet Strangler Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Everyone should know by now that I always line up new dragons with Sweetlings first, so... Sweetlings look MASSIVE next to them but it's still good. Royal Crimsons aren't bad as well but I want these guys with something other than more red. YES, I like these. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 I was thinking red dorsals, but once I uploaded the images here for preview... The dorsal seems noticeably smaller as well as its fins.. Share this post Link to post

The Dorsal does not look smaller in the lineage view. I like it. Swallowtails look good too! Edited September 24, 2014 by Tecca Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 My mind has been changed again Red Dorsals do look good with them in the lineage view. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Particularly like the ones with the royal crimsons and red-finned tidals- the contrast is quite nice with tidals and with the crimsons, it feels almost like it's going from dark to light with the red. I'm kind if wondering what they'll be like with pinks, but am too lazy to try . Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) Swallowtails look good too! Please yes all of these. Some others I like: (whoops, missed these from a previous post o3o) Edited September 24, 2014 by edwardelricfreak Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Hmmm, I thought these might go together but I'm not liking it so much now that I see it. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) I will most likely just breed them true like most breeds, but the BBWs look stunning together with them. Hm. I really like the Turpentines with them too. Edited September 24, 2014 by Meymo Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 I love the planning! My favorites of these are Pyrope x autumn (m&f), tidal (m&f), swallowtail (m), and blusang (f). Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Why does no one start out pairing them with coppers? Coppers must be tried with everything! Liver of sulfur coppers, because volcano and copper breeding mechanics. I rather like them. Also, because I can... Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 I like the Sulfur coppers and Pyrope rather well and I like the tidal with them. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 I really like these with the Red-finned Tidal and the Speckle-Throats. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Swallowtails look good too! Hmm, the Tidals aren't bad because they don't look TOO red. Tecca, you always put together nice pairings and lineage mock-ups. <3 x x I usually don't like much with Marrows, but this is cool! Worth considering for Halloween (not sure what I'm doing at all for that so far). _________________________________________________________________ Those are probably my favorite pairings now, besides the Sweetlings of course. Don't know why I bother looking at so many pairings though, since I'm just going to purebreed them as I always do with new releases... Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Lokks like there is finally a perfect match for Bright Breasted Wyverns! Share this post Link to post

Royal Crimsons aren't bad as well but I want these guys with something other than more red. YES, I like these. This is fabulous. I had to do a lineage view, even though I don't have alt sweetlings so it's an impossible dream for me. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 24, 2014 Honestly what I'm most excited for with all three types is to try breeding them with GoNs to see what their Avatar affiliations are. Though, I may have to wait for others to report on that... I try to keep each of my GoNs only breeding one type of Avatar each. Don't wanna mess up my pattern. Share this post Link to post
