Posted April 6, 2015 Haven't had It yet. Planning a pineapple-rice shrimp boat. Simple recipe: hollow out a pineapple horizontally. Cook rice and shrimp as ye will, then fill the cavity in the pineapple with rice first and shrimp next. Yumness abounding :9 Share this post Link to post
