I fixed a small chuck roast in my slow cooker. It came out fork tender and delicious. My boys devoured the meat and I ate mostly the vegetables. lol

Last night, entirely too much, lol! It was the hubster's birthday, so we did dinner out at The Cheesecake Factory.

 

I had an appetizer of fried zucchini, portabella mushroom, and avocado with a couple of dipping sauces. Followed that with a surf-n-turf type plate, shrimp scampi and beef tenderloin medallions in a mushroom and onion sauce with mashed potatoes. And for dessert, cheesecake with Snickers bar chunks in it, topped with chocolate sauce.

Yummy chicken-mayo-and-grapes sandwich. =D Didn't eat all day, so that dinner definitely wasn't big enough. Perhaps some pizza bites or something else quick. And something else after that.
