I've been collecting dragons for about a year but still don't understand all about the breedings, this new beta testing because I get totally LOST on everything that's talked about!! Posted June 30, 2014 Clicking is probably needed to gain entries, as is shown on the screenshot of the original announcement. An early implication was clicking only adults and frozen hatchlings, so clicking the growing dragons was not necessary. This is going to be very frustrating for me, with my scroll goals based on the 0 Clicks. Reading the stories for described dragons is another reason to click adults and frozens, since growing dragons cannot be described. Share this post Link to post

I doubt it will (considering some of the other information shown in that shot) but, who knows (except those lucky beta testers)... I believe the goals of the beta testing are more than just bug testing, but also things like ensuring everyone can participate equally? New releases generally make sure that things are fairly even for all players. Sure, those with more dragons can hold more eggs, and those with a GoN already can breed for the avatars while those without them can't yet, but all those are things that CAN be obtained with time. Someday anyone can raise over 500 dragons, and someday a GoN can be summoned, even if it's not today yet. In the case of retired dragons as in your example, newer players CANNOT obtain those dragons, so by necessity the features of the game cannot require them. This is also why Bright Pinks don't have BSAs (not even the "influence" that the regular pinks have) and why Frills will never obtain them either (unless they're released back into the game, of course, which is absolutely on my list of hopes and dreams). Hampering a player's ability to use a feature because they weren't a member of the site 3+ years ago and/or didn't collect that particular dragon isn't fair. We already have enough drama on this site with changes that work hard to be fair, I don't think anyone would tempt fate by adding something that was so clearly geared in favor of one subset of players without permitting anyone else to EVER achieve that.
