Testing out some new inks/new way to lay shadows.

 

We went to a restaurant. I sketched instead of eating. Dad was not impressed (that I was drawing at the table).

 

I'm playing through Tales of Xillia at the moment and Leia is a precious cinnamon roll and I love her

Messing around with colors and the water-soluble properties of crayola markers:

 

 

 

Not the effect I expected (you can see where the colors mix and where they refuse to mix), but a cool effect nonetheless!

Woooooooooow. Those colors are lovely. I want those markers too.

They're just regular cheap washable markers for kids, but I used a waterbrush over them to blend the colors! You could probably get the same effect by dipping a regular brush over water and use that to spread the color around.
