Posted January 12, 2015 Oy am tired. I bought stuffed and cooked my first big freezer meal batch. Leftover Christmas turkey (frozen from the holidays) became 4 casseroles, 2 pot pies. Then also made 2 lasagnas and 3 sets of baked oatmeal. And I admit, I sampled all the above for lunch. Quality testing before it goes in the freezer Share this post Link to post
