Posted November 23, 2014 A dish of "pasta alla norcina", a very simple but tasty pasta recipe: you need pasta (best are spirals), cooking cream (the one you use for cooking, not to whip) and pork sausage. Remove the sausage from its skin, divide it in small pieces and put them in a big pan. In the meantime cook the pasta. When the sausage is cooked let it cool down a bit, add the cooking cream and then the pasta and mix them together. Posted November 28, 2014 We do not have lunch break today in school, so I ate a bit of my packed lunch inside the classroom during the 10-minute break between classes. Posted December 4, 2014 Giant cookie(s) The vending machine in our cafe dispenses day old ones you can buy fresh from the buffet, but it is broken. Yesterday froze, and I kicked it to get my friend cookie, it shot out three. The day before, it wouldn't give the cookie but gave my friend double change. Today it gave me a cookie and extra change.
