Kill La Kill

Kill La Kill is a really great anime to watch and I wanna know if anyone else has seen it. What are your thoughts on it? Who are your favorite/least favorite characters and why? Me, I support Junketsu with Lady Satsuki, but Senketsu with Ryuko is awesome too for the changes he's got (and he talks! x3). This anime can be found on Gogoanime.com as an English sub and comes out every Thursday.

My favorite characters are Satsuki and Mako.

My least favorite is Nui.

i started watching it recently!

 

i like pretty much all of the characters tbh except for nui i cant stand nui :U

but my favorites are satsuki, senketsu, ryuko, and mako

I don't mind Satsuki's mother as a villain.

But I hate Nui because she is too happy for the terrible things she did.

I've been watching it and it's awesome. Ryuko, Senketsu and Mako are my favorite characters. I hate Nui and Ragyo like pretty much everyone else.

I love the music in it too.

I intend to watch it once it finishes, because it's from the same guys who made Gurren Lagann.

@alupe99a: Every time I watch it, it just has to be the theme song that gets stuck in my head every now and then.

 

Try not to give out spoilers as you comment on here, everyone. Don't want new watchers to get it ruined for them. Can't wait for tomorrow's episode though. It kinda sucks you gotta wait a whole week for the next part. Kinda like: " Ok I just watched the recent episode, now I want the next. Hurry up next Thursday! Too much suspense and cliff hangers! "

Yesterday's episode was delayed overnight from what a Kill La Kill blog had announced, but its up now in English sub in the site I provided. I really love this show a lot since its epic to me.

Well, it's a shame that tonight was officially the last episode. But for me to try watching it was frustraiting I tell you. I tried to watch it from other sites, but they were terrible with tons of lag while gogoanime took a while to get it subbed. It's up now, so enjoy and hope to hear chatter about it from all you Kill La Kill fans

Ahhh! Seriously?! Why couldn't they have put it into the last episode?! I mean there was a bit more stuff I believe they come to have missed? (well from what my mate thinks though)...

 

I wanted to cry a bit too at the ending aside from the frustration of trying to watch it. Darn thing kept stopping at some parts, but I still saw the whole thing. Hnng...I think I wanna watch it all from start again. This anime was just so EPIC! T^T;

Well, 48 minutes is double the time of one episode.

 

Plus they want to sell the blu-ray, so they pack extra goodies into it to make people want to buy.

Almost cried at the end. Didn't think I'd get so attached to a story about a girl and her clothes.

This was an amazing anime, and I can't wait to see the bonus episode.

I think everyone was losing it or was about to at the ending. Truly I wanted to cry, but I was really like: " Nooooooo! D: "

It was a good show. Animation was lacking but then again, Trigger had a pretty low budget. I liked the art.

 

The ending was weak because it felt like it went through a checklist of things the finale of a battleshounen should contain (catchphrase? CHECK. Powerups? CHECK. Villain commiting suicide? CHECK. Power of friendship? CHECK.) but none the less enjoyable.

 

The beginning of the series was rather weak though, it was either too short or too long (too long IMHO) and it caused them to rush things more towards the end of the series.

 

I wonder what the OVA will bring, might be interesting. Looking forward to more stuff from Trigger, because KlK was good, and so were LWA and Inferno Cop. Sounds like a promising new studio.

I've only heard about an extra bonus episode from what TheDarkCynder had posted previously for the Blu-ray. Haven't heard anything about an OVA though.

I like the anime, but if I watch it while my parents are home they yell at me, and I'm like : I WATCH IT FOR THE STORY, JUST THAT. I SWEAR.

Well Aniplex posted a trailer of the english dub which i didnt actually know was going to happen. i think the voices actually sound pretty good so far? i'll probably watch it just as an excuse to rewatch klk. :'D

I haven't seen the english dub since it isn't available in my country yet. I finished it quite some time ago and I loved it. the ending was really sad tho. ;_;
