Common. It's still relatively easy to find and catch in the cave unlike the "uncommons" that have been released recently.

Oh yeah, I know it likely hatched almost immediately after ERing it last night, but I went to sleep after ERing and didn't get on to check until this morning, so I was worried it possibly could have died during the night. But I checked and it's alive and well.
