This is gonna sound absolutely INSANE but I plan on doing the new halloween dragons, I have three adults. I loved the first stage of the hatchling enough to freeze one of them. ANYWHO I am gonna try and go for another very special line.

I'm going to be doing a number of spirals, haven't decided on which checker I'll be pursuing. Just started my first spiral with this: Olive/Grave

 

I think the combo looks nice, even though Olives have never been my favorite.

I knew they would look good together! I will definitely breed Grave(m) x Olive(f)!

I tried to breed a pair the day before yesterday but they "weren't really interested in each other"

I bred one several days ago with the genders swapped for grave x greenwing. It's actually a few posts up.

I just tried Grave x Soulpeace - I think it looks pretty neat (especially with the alternating blue and white). And the tri-colored wings also match in a way.

Personally, I think they'd look good with reds, magmas, or alt blacks. Whites also don't look too bad with them. And I guess Magis would work too, given the orange color.

I've tried my new Grave's with a few dragons, and so far I am LOVING Grave x Red Nebula, Grave x Magma, and Grave x Male Hellfire :0

So I've enough to take this to 5Gs (provided no one refuses), but then someone pointed out that a mirror checker might look better, and I think they may be right, so I'm gonna finish the regular one, then make mirror mates for the 3Gs.

Have been collecting up Gravekin when I find them in the AP. (Love finding these in the AP, thank you whoever drops them!) Think I'm going to do reversing checkers with them come Halloween. I like how alternating genders each generation shows off the sprites best. Anyway some of the combos:

Stone x Grave ~ Lineage

Grave x Stripe ~ Lineage Which is totally pretty.

Grave x Turpentine ~ Lineage I am actually rather fond of this combo.

Grave x Hellfire ~ Lineage

Grave x tombstone ~ Lineage For. The. Win.

Skywing x Grave ~ Lineage Not wildly fond of the blue, but hey, skywing!

I really like it, too, actually. I was going for eye-bleed, and I think I got it.

I might try Grave x Silver Shimmer, but I'm not sure if I like it enough. The Grave's white looks too bright for the Shimmer's silver. Graves might be great for bronzes, though.

Has anyone tried the Graves with Gold dragons?? I think that would be a cool linage. Or even silvers for that matter.
