The Lovely Commons Project

I was thinking, though, about if there was an official list here on the thread where links to finished LCs were displayed. I seem to remember something like that, but now I can't find it. 🙄

There is @dustpuppy 's update with a complete list up to that point on page 94, but that's over a year old (August 2017).

(Also, apparently my original project post is "too old" to be edited?? Guess I'll have to keep track of stuff with my LC group & the Action Log until I have the chance to copy it over with an actual PC and update.)

But thanks, it's nice to be back, and welcome to all the new folks! ^_^

Try clearing cache and maybe also cookies (would require you to log in again, so try the clearing cache first) and reloading the page, then try again.

Thank you @Ruby Eyes!! 🙌 Clearing the cache did the trick. It's after 11pm here so I'm not gonna start on it now though. lol

Inspired by this AP find, I'm doing Hogwarts-inspired LCs! Razorcrests as the frame with F Bolts and M Blue Siyats, Leodons as the frame with F Royal Crimsons and M Pyropes, Laculas as the frame with F Striped Rivers and M Almeralds. Only one I'm stumped on is Hufflepuff: Melismores as the frame, of course, with M Harvests, but I'm stuck on the "C" breed.. Freckled? Turpentine? Brimstone? Pillow? (Personally I think Honey Drakes would look adorable, also "Honey Badger" lol but alas...)

@DenwayashaFrom the colours, I think I would take the turpentines....but not sure about the body-shape...could also imagine that yellow crowned female look adorable^^

And this would be my third Coastal Waverunner finish: https://dragcave.net/lineage/cT1eS with the help of the lovely Sockpuppet Strangler :)

This one: https://dragcave.net/lineage/TQOXJ surprised me so much after almost a year, that I completely forgot what the other half was supposed to be. Need to do some research in old posts and on my scroll

edit: Ah, this one: https://dragcave.net/lineage/UyhEM which I won in the Gemstone Hoard Raffle back then :D

And now for my own creations!

(Is there a proper place/technique I should be using to update my completed projects list?)

The Siyat lineage is my first LC completed from scratch.

Siyat of Many Colours

And I have just bred 6 new lineages. Technically, most of these have uncommon/rare breeds. But these were matched checkers just waiting for me to notice them in my scroll. :P

Tiny Thuwed Pumpkin

Emerald Hearts

Romance Under The BloodMoon

Static Gold

Dreams Without Magic

Gold Illumination

Another of my "not really commons - or perfectly LC lineage" was this shiny one that I picked up in a trade - I know, I am definitely not obeying the rules with this one.  But how could I ever resist?

@Ruby Eyes So sorry to see a mismatch on a breed that it is normally good news to get!! The lineage, is, however, absolutely charming.  What is your 3rd breed going to be?

Just got this Beauty via Gifting Breeding.

I think he will get a female from a red or leodon Partner, for matching Colors.

Have to do this more often, to get other ideas on my scroll XD

Wow, what a fine lineage! ;)

Ooh, red and blue, and red and blue. If you're getting leodons and nothing else, let us know if you need help with them danged ratios. :)

Just locker through my scroll and decided to try it with sinii krai. Think those colours will match the hellfires colours very well.

But at the Moment they are not interested or give me no hellfire 😅

In general breeding for my lineages doesn't go so good.

Here be the tan Ridgie, if anyone would like it: https://dragcave.net/teleport/d9d25016ecce8966b193584d1e30f947

edit Thursday: dropping it now

The other half will use Dorsals, the 3rd breed where the purple variant supposedly is less desired than the other.

I got the Dorsal: https://dragcave.net/lineage/q8dMY and will hopefully get the Floret as soon as I have room :) (AND past 11:33 cavetime)

@Din85: Getting a Hellfire from Sinii Krai will take a while - good luck!

another edit Friday: Finish! https://dragcave.net/lineage/oXBZe

another edit Saturday: https://dragcave.net/lineage/pxC13

Oh!!! @purplehazeI KNEW those Pipios would be pretty, but they are awesome with the Mimics!

I like them together better than I expected. :)

And I had good luck breeding watery noodles today, too. I got the Water I needed on the first try. Then after getting 3 Striped Rivers first, I managed to eke out a Deep Sea from the last pair I had left to try. So now I have all four second gens that I need for that lineage. :D

I like the pink and green -- especially the bright pink of the Aria!

For me second gens are easier because I can use multiple CB pairs until I get the right breed. Once you have the second gens, though, you are committed to that one pair.
