History: Lorelei was born into a large brood of Waters and Shallow Waters. She was the smallest, weakest one, and as a result was abandoned in the middle of Atlantis. She was put into foster care alongside Leah, and the two quickly became good friends. She helped the Waterhorse weather the worst of his private storms, and sat patiently by his side when he refused to speak. She learned about the Angels through the grapevine of Atlantis, and was immediately enchanted by the idea. Her life revolved around finding an Angel to save her friend.

When she grew up and left the care of Atlantis, she supported Leah financially and emotionally even more. Her day-to-day life was composed of working, reading, and sleeping. She barely ate and grew dangerously thin. Her life teetered on the precipice of death until the day Leah became an Angel.

Personality: Lorelei is a quiet, serious dragon. She tends to keep to herself, or would if her friends would let her. She is incredibly tolerant of other dragons and is the first to embrace a new friend (despite her shy demeanor). She has a tendency to blow things out of proportion and can be a little naive. Lorelei is very studious and scholarly; her favorite subject being the origin on the Angels.

Other: Even though she is very bookish, Lorelei is an athletic swimmer.

Dragon Species Waterhorse

Gender Male

History Leah didn't have a good childhood. His mother died when he was young and his father abandoned him a few years afterwards. Leah was placed into foster care, but it never seemed to work out for him. He didn't fancy being moved from home to home and he never got along with the owners of the homes. Still, Leah kept his cheerful nature, despite the circumstances. However, as soon as Leah grew to the age where he didn't have to be in foster care, he turned to depression. His excitable nature withered and was replaced with a cold pit of angst. He hated himself and everyone around him. The only thing keeping him steady was his friend Lorelei, the Shallow Water. The day Leah became an Angel was the day his depression dispersed. Now, Leah is once again his goofy old self. However, the thoughts and feelings that were created by his depression still linger within the depths of his mind.

Personality Despite his tragic past, Leah is rather upbeat. He enjoys cheering others up and making others smile. His tactics in doing so could use a little work. He pulls pranks on people, says unintentional hurtful things, and constantly gets on other people's nerves. It is all done in good thought, but Leah always seems to fall a little short. He has a temper, but he can hold it for quite some times. He's ignorant to most things and extremely naive. He'll trust just about anyone and is always willing to give people second chance; or third chance, or fourth, or fifth, or sixth...

Lila has always lived a normal life, not dull but lacking any distinct events. She was instantly excited and curious when she heard of the Angels of the Sea, but never expected them to strip her of her family and then leave her all alone. The day before she received her 'dream', a particularly close friend of hers disappeared, taken to some place outside of Veo's towering, forbidding walls. Now that she knows she must take the path of an Angel, Lila is determined not to let the Angels leave a single dragon behind.

Lila is a very quiet type of dragon, with a tendency to listen and not speak. But that does not mean she's shy. In fact, she's not very afraid to approach anyone, and once she starts talking she does know how to hold a decent conversation. She just saves her breath from useless yacking - at least that's what she claims to be the case. Lila is an amiable young Shimmer-scale, who's easily pushed into things, though she'll always voice her opinion. Particularly if it seems like an adventure. She enjoys the adrenaline rush, and will jump head first into things, at times without a whole lot of thought...unless it comes to someone else's safety.

[*]Dragon Species Two Finned Bluna

[*]History She almost never befriends anyone, and comes off as quiet due to that. She doesn't like other dragons too much, because she was always very suspicious and untrusting. So naturally, she wanted to get out of the city to live in a quieter place so she where she could relax. When the guards didn't let her, she fought with them, and sustained a serious injury. A few days later, she was turned into an angel mysteriously. She didn't know why she was chosen, because she didn't seem like the best candidate. She is a good fighter and can swim and if need be, can fly fast. She attacks others sometimes because of her wariness. Her reflexes have been fine tuned due to constantly being on alert from wariness.

[*]Personality She avoids getting close to people, and if she makes friends on the rare occasion, she will act very jumpy around them. Not mean, but not nice either. She doesn't show much positive emotion, and is confused at her job. She often conflicts within her own mind.

[*]Other Her eyes change color when she has strong emotion. When she doesn't have strong emotion, they are a swirl of different colors and are hypnotizing to stare at.

Dragon Species Red-finned Tidal

Gender Male

History Kai grew up in a large, tightly-knit group of Red-finned Tidals, living a surprisingly peaceful and perfect life despite Veo's tyrannical reign. They always had what they needed and were among the citizens that had easier lives. He lived with his enormous family and friends in a large manor and never experienced the hardships that most of the citizens had. It is for this reason that he hasn't ever had any firsthand experiences with the Angels, hearing about them only in stories. He had always looked to the Angels to be powerful, mythical creatures that were kind and gentle, as if they really were from heaven. 

Personality A bright, curious soul who is always eager to help, but rather naive. He's very inquisitive and quick to learn, yet he still has a long way to go. He's very young, with a childlike innocence and determination that is yet to be ruined. It's hard to deter him from something, and he refuses to give up or be upset by his failures, trying again and again until he succeeds. He does not truly know anger nor hate beyond the fights that he has with his relatives.

History Azuella hatched into a small family; her parents, and older brother, and eventually a younger brother as well. Her older brother was thin, frail, and weak, while she was the opposite. When she was just a hatchling, Azuella's father was banished from Atlantis due to resisting Veo's orders. This carried her whole family into depression, except for her little brother who didn't know what happened to him until he had grown up, and he became quite depressed as well. Azuella didn't often talk to others in Atlantis besides an older Waterhorse that she sometimes went to out of boredom to talk to, who sometimes even made her forget about her father. As she grew older still, her mother began to get frail like her brother. She had no fear of her dying, but the thought of her being unable to help keep the family together burned in the back of her mind often. She soon sought out someone who could help her mother. At long last, she eventually found a Water Dragon that looked over her mother and diagnosed it as severe depression, and that all she'd need to get better was some food and something else to think about besides Azuella's father. She was sitting beside her mother one night, trying to help her think of something happy, when the Angles appeared and she was whisked away with them/

Personality Azuella is quite antisocial. Due to her lack of a social life in Atlantis, she doesn't speak much, but when she does, it is in a soft, almost silky voice. She is rather timid and always seems to be on edge, ready to glide away at the sight of trouble. Despite her muscular appearance, she is quite the opposite of strong and brave. Her glittering pale blue eyes are often wide with worry. Though Lixren had lifted her spirits quite quickly, she still tends to shy away from other dragon and stutter when she tries to speak. Her mind is not only filled with thoughts of her father, but with the occasional happy thought of her family, her mother well again, or her brothers getting along.

Other Darren. She is a swift swimmer, she can flatten her fins against her body so that they look almost invisible, and her scales have a bright blue sheen if you look at them the right way.
