I'm terribly sorry, I had a busy month and I completely forgot about the project. I just bred this egg and I PM'd kiramaru7. I hope I've done everything right.

Purplehaze, I'm checking in to let you know I just received my egg. When it hatches & is ready to breed, who do I send the next egg to? This is the first time I'm doing a fun project like this & since it's going through a restart, I want to make sure that when I get an egg, it goes to the right person.

Hey, it's great to see you again ! And yes, Sphaera II is still stuck with you, so if you could breed an offspring and send it to dragonpuck that would be marvellous ! (Twice so if you keep in mind that this is supposed to be the rare/uncommon line when choosing the CB partner. )

(And would you like to stay on the lists, or will you stay rather inactive in the forseeable future ?)

I was wondering, does the CB mate have to be a different breed from the rest of the ancestors?

@ RulenneClarissa - I think the mate can be anything you choose as long as it is a common dragon for Sphaera I

 

I have sent PMs to the last three people on the Sphaera I list to see if they are wanting to continue.

 

Any ideas on what to do when we reach the end of the list?

Well, I thought it was a given that after reaching the end of the list the next egg goes back to the first in line, and the whole thing starts all over again.

 

@RulenneClarissa:

There isn't any specific rule (that I know about) regarding the caveborns - except that for the Uncommon/Rare line (Sphaera II, I believe) they must be, well, uncommon or rare.

But of course it would be cool if all the CBs were different ! (I would think so, at least. ) It's up to you.

That was sort of what I thought -- fits with the "Round and Round it goes."

 

I have heard nothing back from Genavelle, Hazel360, or deathsnake951 about their interest in continuing.

 

Now that Sphaera I is just about completing its first round, maybe it is time to revive Sphaera II. Deblob never posted back again after asking if we wanted her to breed an egg for that line. I think I will attempt to send her both a PM and an email and ask her to breed an egg and send it to dragonpuck. We were going to reorder that list, though, I believe. Could you have another look at that and suggest where the egg should go from there?

Edit: Also, would a copper be an acceptable addition to the rares-only sphaera line? Because coppers wasnt on the list of acceptable rare dragons for the project.

It took some time but Invictus Saphaera the Eternal has laid an EGG!!! I have PMd RulenneClarissa with the egg transfer and so things are moving again.
