Is this what people call the 'opal egg'? I'm confused on that one.

The opal eggs are a brand new breed of dragon. Coppers have similar colored eggs but they are from the last release i believe

Awesome! I think it'll look quite nice. It might be just me, but the Copper poses seem to fit quite nicely with Shimmers~

Brown CopperxHarvest looks good

Ohh, I love that pair too! I've tried breeding it in the past, but mah Seragammas are stubborn. In terms of what looks good together, personally, the two main factors are pose/color~

 

Amaterasu-sama - I adore that pair. I've bred two Silvers like that thus far; gotta love it~

Hmm, I seem to have the opposite. Yesterday I bred a Gen2 Copper from Silver. Today I tested some pairs and got a Gen2 PB Copper, and a Gen3 Copper from Copper parents. I also tried breeding a Gen3 but got Blacktip, and another Gen3 but got Black Tea.

 

No lack of interests or egg failure at all, but then again my dragons haven't been bred in weeks and that usually seems to help egg success.

I just bred a PB 2nd gen Red and a PB 2nd gen Brown for the AP. Still don't have the CB Greens although I have some 2nd gens with a Silver or a Marrow parent, and a gorgeous 3rd gen, http://dragcave.net/lineage/yWI0v, who needs an appropriate mate.

Try any compatible female dragon stolen from the Coast or Jungle to get green Coppers, or from the Desert or Volcano to get brown Coppers.
