Posted May 23, 2013 It's really hard to think of new themes! But the new subject will be "Garden". Anything you can find in your (or someone else's) garden - like flowers, trees, animals (no pets though - it will have to be wild animals), a shed, vegatables... Entries accepted until May 31th. Rules: - One entry per person - Picture has to be made by yourself and can't be just a reproduction of someone's work. If someone else's work is in the picture, there needs to be something extra. - No manipulation besides basic photo adjustments (contrast, exposure, cropping, color balance, lighting, etc.) - No text or framing in the photo. A signature/watermark is just fine, but it's preferable if you don't have "O Hai Eye Hav3 T3XT" (or something similar) present in the photo. - When voting, please don't select your own image. This will ensure fairness. - You are free to submit an old photo; you don't need to take a new one just for this competition. Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) Much to my surprise, the lilac at our new home bloomed a lovely shade of pink. (warning, this picture has not been reduced in size - if you have slower internet/computer, load at own risk!) Edited May 30, 2013 by Valkiepoo Share this post Link to post
Posted May 31, 2013 I couldn't find anything to fit the theme in my files so took a quick trip out to my husband's garden in hopes of seeing something that struck my artistic eye. The best I could do was a wood bee doing it's best to pollinate my husband's tomatillos. Bee and Tomatillo Share this post Link to post
