Posted May 24, 2013 The hatchies are too cute and yeah, cat-like :33 Still, there's one thing that bugs me.. Their forepaws seem to more resemble hindpaws (the "elbow" (cubital area) is positioned too low, imo) Or is it only me? Still love them ^w^ It looks like the way a cat is crouched down, getting ready to pounce. The description says they chase butterflies, so it makes sense to me. In a related note, I may have to pause my ridgewing army to hoard more of these if the adults are half a cute as the hatchies. Share this post Link to post

I know just what I'm going to name mine. My childhood cat just passed away exactly a week ago, and I just put him in his custom urn yesterday. Posted May 24, 2013 (edited) Your comment about their short front legs made me instantly think of "Munchkin Cats". OMG!!! What a cutie!!!! (It's so sad I want to pet it! :333) Now I'm starting to think that the impression of the elbow (of the hatchies) being in the wrong position can also be due to the shortness of their forepaws - which can be a distinctive characteristic of this new dragon breed!
