Posted July 21, 2016 baby carrots. trying to finish off the bag today before they start to rot. Then I intend to cut up potatoes into french fries and bake them for lunch. Sometimes I just microwave baked potato, but sometimes I want french fries instead. I don't use any oil. Just salt. Then I have canned beans and canned veggie soups and brown rice I can choose from for dinner. 'tis a simple vegan life for me. Share this post Link to post
