I summoned giant(zombie) and changed to survival mode. and I punch giant. and I died immediately.

Playing as Superman vs Dark Khan on the DC Universe side of the Story Mode in DC Universe vs Mortal Kombat, of course I was going to lose. Even on Very Easy difficulty, Superman's attacks just aren't that effective when I'm the one controlling them. At least Raiden had an easily spammable cheap attack that did slightly more damage than stubbing a toe on a door. Ugh, I'm pathetic.

Playing as the Barbarian in Diablo III. My BF went upstairs to make us a drink, and being as my play-style is very aggressive, I decided to go into the middle of a huge group of various enemies by myself in the Cathedral. Needless to say....I died, lol.

 

I actually did pretty good, considering! I had killed all but two of the enemies, by the time my BF rushed downstairs, but he couldn't boost my health enough and I died. Whoops.

 

As I am actually a non-gamer, he normally has to keep a close eye on me, lol.

I was playing as spy trying to take the other team's second point, but they had a very diligent pyro spy checking everyone. I was using the dead ringer at the time, and got lit while cloaked, so it was easy for him to follow me. I dove into the water, and decloaked. Knowing that the pyro was right behind me, I turned around and shot him dead with my revolver. (He had been using the flare gun at the time, so his only usable weapon underwater was the axe)

This happened a second time a little later, but he was smart and brought his shotgun instead.

Multiplayer on Dragon's Crown again.

 

I fought for control over the magic flying carpet at the Mage's Tower. For some reason one of the other players kept yanking it into the path of the attacking lava (there is not even a quest for this). The carpet was burned away and we all lost a lot of health. There was no chance to recover when the next wave of monsters attacked, so it was a full party kill.

Not just me but my people, playing Civ as Germany, Have Conquered most of Poland and Denmark in my alliance with Sweden and then out of nowhere Napoleon and Austria declare war on me, Austria was a piece of pie but out of nowhere, Greece and Rome enter the fight, Luckily I manage to stave off the Greeks, conquer them with my superior rifleman, boom, Sweden loses Norwegianish territory to French. I kept on fighting but in the end I decided to retire the game.

 

Was difficulty six iirc. The end result had Poland Greece and Austra Dead. Rome retaking Greece and France taking Norway territory by going through, Britain. IDK was a thrilling game.

I died by being propelled through the air by a rocket-powered bathtub into a giant jello covered in Gordon Freemans while using a handheld device to hold some explosive cake in front of me while screaming "YEEEEEEEEEEAH SCIENCE B*TCH!!! into my microphone."... in Garry's Mod.

Dragon's Dogma:

 

I was escorting someone and it had turned night on me. The trail was faint at that point and I lost it, so I stumbled into a huge nest of Saurians and a chimera. Needless to say the person I was escorting was slaughtered, so I actually kind of let myself die and just avoided that area. I made it around them only to stumble onto a fire drake not too much later. That one did legitimately kill me.
