Posted December 13, 2012 And.. for personal curiosity purposes - are 'tinsels' given out at the beginning of the year, or at the end? (Ie. Have people already 'won' 2012 tinsels?) It is my understanding, that no, noone has won a 2012 tinsel yet. So asking for them might be a bit... over the top. But in this case, I believe this to be the problem of the giftee, not the gifter - you can't gift what noone has. WhiteBaron – ADDED! - Yay! I'm in Bronze this time...! Yay, I'm in Gold.
