Winter seasonals are considered uncommon, and since you're asking for CB, if I'm not mistaken, it should cost 20 points.

I'd like to add I adore this concept, because instead of "oh, I got this egg! It's worth this... to some people." it's "Oh, I got this egg! It's worht this!" Like... currency. Almost. The only problem I think, is that there are too many people trying to gift to get points, and not enough requesting gifts, because they want to save up for better! ;

Perhaps adding a category for specifically requesting Hatchlings? like, requesting a common hatchling could be less than the starting 15 points. That might encourage some people to ask more and keep the 'economy' of points flowing more evenly.
