There are a few others, but this one came to mind first.

On a camping trip, a very intoxicated classmate whom everyone thought was asleep suddenly sat straight up.

Classmate: "Spatio."

Me: "Yeah?"

[intense, silent eye contact between me and the guy for a few seconds]

Classmate: "Absolute legend."  [immediately lays back down]

"You make me so happy." Said by a very dear friend who isn't big on emotion.

One of my friends said I'm one of the kindest and most generous people he knows. I guess that means he doesn't know a lot of generous people, but... man, that gave me some real warm fuzzy feelings.

"Your smile is so beautiful" - by a couple of people, some strangers even

 

Even though I know my smile is really gummy, this makes me feel like I'm beautiful in my own way.

"You have such nice big brown eyes. They are enchanting." sounds cheesy but heard it several times from multiple people. I love it. I don't like my eyes actually.
