They're at the bottom of the Well Of Truth which guarded by the Goddess of Honesty. Unrelated to the dragon that hands out Mint eggs on April 1st.

There are two supermassive Mint dragons up there which are constantly blocking the moons. I know, it's annoying. TJ will come up with a fix, soon. Be careful with your magi mana, guys, or else you'll get Mints in space.

 

Where is the cave? I thought this was a cave game.

That's just how life has always been on Galsreim. Dragons have had to constantly evolve more and more advanced cognitive abilities to survive in their environment, including from predators and competition, thus reaching the intelligence they are at now. It's only recently that human influences have led to changes in their compositions and types...
