They're not compatible with most of other breeds. Cracker dragon can breed with Cheese dragon. Paper dragon can breed with other Papers only.

For a Sinomorph egg you have to have 20 CB's of all the dragons on DC.  Then only if you're lucky will you get the egg when you summon.
