You have to scale the tallest mountain in the region amd summon three Guardians of Nature. They will then combine their powers that will show you where to find the dragon you seek.

How can I get Bright Pink dragon?

You can only get them if you can adjust your monitor display. While viewing your Pink dragon egg page, adjust settings to turn up the saturation. Once the color looks bright enough, refresh the page. You should see it turn into a Bright Pink egg.
