I'd like some clarification on this rule please:

specifically the non-tinsel part. Does that mean that the dragon cannot have tinsels anywhere in their lineage or simply that tinsels aren't the ones gifted in this thread? I just want to make sure before I try to breed any metallics I have again.

I believe that it's tinsels cannot be gifted in this thread, as it's for gifting Silver dragons and Gold dragons. If you were on a list and received a Silver dragon for example, you need to pay a Silver or Gold dragon back, and not a tinsel.
