Posted April 1, 2012 I think they should make an awesome, totally accurate film adaptation of the books. I'm trying to decide who would make the best actors for it. Share this post Link to post
Posted April 25, 2012 I stopped reading after the fourth or fifth book. It was getting too ridiculous for me. Share this post Link to post

Posted April 25, 2012 I'm currently reading a fantastic spork of it, and that plus the poor things I've heard about it on the character front (in that they're nothing but stereotypes), I think I'll pass. Share this post Link to post
Posted April 27, 2012 In a logical film production view, the books would be virtually impossible to create in a realistic visual form. Which is the aim of movies, to make you believe that it is true and happening. take doctor who for example, no none of the stuff actually works but the way they've portrayed it makes it real. no you can't argue twilight was made so why can't house of night. here is my answer: We still have twilight fanatics raving in there millions, where as the hype over house of night was over shadowed by bella whining. Thus for the one that is going to make more money will be made. Directors and film studios think about the amount they rake in from the box office in comparison to the money they spend. They won't take anything less for double the amount they paid for the creation of the movie. Share this post Link to post
Posted May 7, 2012 In love with them. I've been on hold with reading them lately due to excessive travel and no time for shopping. D: However, recently I've acquired a nook and was able to buy DESTINED! So happy! Share this post Link to post
Posted June 6, 2012 At first I liked the series, but in hindsight it's a thinly veiled commentary on everything- strong opinions on every page about every topic imaginable. The main protagonist (Zoey, was it? It's been a while) was also a total Mary Sue :/ Share this post Link to post
Posted August 26, 2012 Love 'em. Seriously. Yes, it is kinda weird (aaaaah, my mentor is a evil queen and a monster loves me, dating 3 guys at the same time etc.) but it's still my favourite book series after HP. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 11, 2014 I kinda wish i could say I wasn't in love with it.. Who am I kidding.. I love it.. Own all the books and got a few family members and friends addicted to it.. I've just got mixed feelings about Thanatos and Kalona right now.. Share this post Link to post
Posted December 29, 2014 I've read a few of the books but I just got so sick of vampires. Between Twilight, Vampire Dairies, HoN and a bunch of other vampire books being shoved down my throat I just got so tired of the overused plot. I mean all the main characters seem to be female, have at least two guys chasing after her/her chasing them and can't do anything without something going wrong. (this applies to the three mentioned. I never did read the others) Share this post Link to post
