Posted February 8, 2012 I know I'm surprised at the timing. Yeah, I heard people talking about breeding happening today, but I thought, "Ha, if breeding were to begin tomorrow, TJ would have already told us something!" This is my first DC Valentine's Day. Excuse me if I had the nerve to think it would be handled like every other holiday. Sorry - I didn't mean to be snarky. But people were saying it would start today, all over TLQ. Posted February 8, 2012 I have a trade organised for two 2nd gen sweetlings from alt father, one of which I've received already. I've also grabbed two 2nd gen rosebuds. I'm still trying to grab 2nd gen val 09s. I grabbed a couple of nice checkers, but gifted them to friends, as with the majority of eggs I've caught today. Share this post Link to post

Posted February 8, 2012 Bred three of my five adults (kept one of each for trading) and in turn got the last '09 Valentine I needed. I'll breed my other two later in the week but for now I get to sit back and try to catch the little rares that come through the AP, until the 14th that is. I can't wait to see what this year's breed will be. Also super excited for another holiday event. I wonder what it could be!? Share this post Link to post

Posted February 8, 2012 (edited) Other breedings are now away! Lol. My other Rosebud gave me 2 eggs with her White mate, and my other Sweetling gave me three eggs with his mate. My second Val'09 won't be ready until the 13th. Posted February 8, 2012 Does anyone knwo how long I can keep a Valentine egg in teleport when I already have the maximum of this breed on my own scroll? Normally the egg would auto-abandon after 30 minutes, but it's waiting to be claimed via teleport, but it seems the person who's supposed to receive it isn't online and can't claim it yet.
